Through it all Lauren has helped me and looked after my business like a friend and counselor. She explains and encouraged me when I could not find coverage.

She was able to save us over $5000.00 on our renewal and that was the break we needed. Anyone in the trucking business who is facing the same issues as I was…..please give this lady a call. That is not the case here. Everything is always explained to me, they always find the best rates that suit me and my family needs. And they are always warm and welcoming. IHLA is your one stop shop for all your home and auto insurance needs. You can expect personalized and professional attention along with a sense of care and concern. Although this review is to highly recommend and praise IHLA, Mr. Brett Pierson with IHLA was our initial contact and during our first conversation, Brett displayed a high level of knowledge and professionalism and clearly addressed all our questions and concerns pertaining to home and auto insurance. Not only is it a pleasure to speak to Brett, but he promptly answer all calls, texts and emails and performs each task in a professional and timely manner. Our family moved from Florida to Georgia, and we needed to establish adequate home and auto insurance. Unaware of Georgia’s home and auto insurance requirements, Brett took the time to clearly explain the requirements and various insurance options. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and we agreed to work with Brett and IHLA. Immediately Brett took us by the hand and guided us through each step so that we can obtain the proper home and auto insurance. He secured our policies with a very reputable company and we are very pleased with the outcome and costs. The process was quick and very simple due to Brett’s actions and communication. Upon establishing our policies, Brett introduced us to our account manager Nicole Hagen. Brett scheduled a phone conference so that we can meet Nicole and understand her role in the process. Nicole was extremely kind and professional and expressed her desire to assist us with any claims, questions or concerns. Nicole was able to answer all our questions during our call and I felt a sense of comfort knowing that we have Brett and Nicole on our side to assist us. Nicole promptly sent us her contact information and once again confirmed that we may contact her with any questions regarding our policies. As previously noted, IHLA is your one stop shop for your home and auto insurance needs. I could write more and more about IHLA but will close by saying that we are 100% satisfied with IHLA and more importantly with Brett’s initial assistance and Nicole’s assurance to be there for us in time of need. Lastly, with today’s technology and Brett’s guidance, we were able to accomplish all tasks electronically in a very simple and timely manner.

We own a trucking business and have a lot of insurance quotes and such for new drivers and we never have to wait more than 6 hours to get a quote back.
