What stood out most was that Pat Elrod took the initiative to follow up and send the document I needed—even when I assumed I’d have to wait for the policy to renew—so I could move forward with my application. Rani Walker was also incredibly helpful throughout the process. I spoke with both Pat and Rani by phone, and they were friendly, professional, and great to work with. Thank you both!

May 22,2025I love my new insurance agent Stephanie Harpe. She just got on board and already helped me out MAJOR!! I tried doing lease on with carrier out of state and was going to loose my insurance.
