Jul 10,2019Having tried to sell my house with another agent last year, I used Intercounty this time. In a very tough market, they managed to book plenty of viewings and I was delighted to sell to a lovely family who live nearby. It was important to me that the house that I have lived in for nearly 20 years went to someone who loves it as much as I do. Helen, in particular, worked exceptionally hard for me, securing the initial offer well into the evening. I am extremely grateful to her for all her hard work. Doug also kept me sane, particularly around the time of exchange which I was finding very stressful. He worked tirelessly on my behalf and I am extremely grateful to him too. William, Olivia, James and Jack also deserve a mention - everyone did their very best for me. If you are wondering whether to use an agent with a more expensive fee than, for example, online agents do it. They were worth every penny.

Any problems or concerns we had before or during our Rental have been quickly and efficiently resolved and all of the members of Intercounty have been very professional and given great and friendly service. Our personal Property Manager has been a wonderful help at all times and so extremely helpful with anything we have needed assistance with. I would definitely recommend Intercounty.
