Given the market at present, we were unsure how long it would take to sell, but thanks to them getting the right prospective buyers through the door, we had an offer we accepted on the second day the house was up for sale. I would like to make a special mention regarding James from the Stortford office. He has been professional, engaged, empathetic and a great communicator from start to finish. Altogether it has been an entirely positive experience and I would recommend Intercounty to anybody selling or buying a home.

Always available, responsive and helpful, Andrew helped us purchase a beautiful grade II listed property in October 2019. He was knowledgable about the area, owners and property. He went above and beyond in answering questions, offering advice and helping us source specialist surveyors and contractors prior to sale. He took an interest in helping both us and the owners broker a deal that worked for both parties. We also used Intercounty's Conveyancing Service, which was equally excellent. Andrew's work throughout the sale process, with our conveyancer, ultimately made for a timely and smooth sale. Oct 09,2019We have just bought a house that was sold through Intercounty. They have been professional, punctual and personable throughout the whole process. We needed to visit the house on 3 occassions at short notice to survey, measure for carpets and get a quote with a plumber, and it was never a problem gaining access (special thanks to Olivia). It was also helpful to have Doug Whybrow as our liason between the sellers solicitor and our solicitor. He was fantastic at keeping us informed of progress and helping out with any queries.
