I dealt with Peter Telford and Tom Harper, both of whom were very obliging; Peter made extra visit to the property to help clear up additional queries from the buyer. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Feb 20,2020Had a poor experience with Intercounty renting a property in GT Dunmow. Feel I was conned out of money at exit with unfair and unreasonable deductions made for cleaning when property left in a much cleaner state at exit compared to entry. Feel that Intercounty colluded with landlord to inappropriately deduct funds from deposit. Will never use them again or recommend to anyone.

I have been a buyer and seller on quite a few occasions over the years and have never dealt with a company that has such a wonderful and professional work ethic.
