I found the staff member I dealt with to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, he went the extra distance to listen to the circumstances of my particular problem and then did some additional research through sources I didn't even know existed to ensure I got the exact part I needed for my classic Rolls Royce. The part arrived in good time and in good order and now my car is running like a watch once again.
