Terrible customer service. Confirmed order for Springbank 10 year old ballot, one minute after ballot opened. Got a response 5 x days after confirmed order saying I had been unsuccessful. How is this possible if I have a confirmed order number? Do not purchase from this shabby outfit, pointless ballot if it is only open to the select few. Zero stars from me.

Spoke Annette when I visited from Glasgow. Staying with a friend up in Inverurie and thought I’d try out the local whisky shop. Big fan of Glen Garioch and Annette was extremely friendly and helpful when it came to choosing the right one. I’ll 100% be back when I’m back in Inverurie.
