Placed an online order abs was ready to collect the same day. Really pleased with the whisky advent calendar, great selection and my guanabara is certainly enjoying it!

Great little independent shop which has deservedly won several awards. Extensive choice of malt whiskies, ranging from well known distillers to small, independent ones. Also a wide range of gin and rum Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Well worth visiting.

Speedy delivery however one box was damaged in transit, sadly, Inverurie Whisky Shop has declined to replace or offer a discount on this as they state, "we are not responsible for damage in transit", this isn't true. I was offered to return the damaged item for a refund, but was told they would not cover the return shipping fee. As a consumer, if you receive damaged goods then the Consumer Rights Act 2015 places responsibility on the retailer. Misleading consumers is never a good thing. I am still waiting for a reply from Inverurie Whisky Shop to my last email which was sent 5 days ago, once this has been resolved I will gladly update my review to reflect this. -------------------------------------------------------- After a bit of back and forth, a discount was offered on the damaged item, total resolution time was longer than I would have wanted, but got there in the end.
