Feb 07,2025No customer support at all. Paid for a mailbox and send in the documents that I thought were ok but they don't reply back at all even after weeks whether they were accepted or not. It felt like I might have been scammed. No, I would not use this company, ever!

Feb 04,2025This company does not have credibility and professionalism. If there was a rating less than one star, I would have included it here. They wasted my time and effort, money as I registered my company address with them, and when they asked me to notarize the account, I added all the required documents. After submitting the necessary documents to activate the account with the notary for file number 1583, they told me that everything was fine. Then, after 4 days, I was surprised by a message from them that they refused to open an account for me because of my nationality or passport. Yes, these are misleading policies that they do not tell you about before you open the account. I have now lost more money, effort and time to change my company address with the state.
