I had to change my mail box because the location was not notifying me when i received mail nor did i ever get my mail. The owner of the location was rude and hung up in my face. I even mailed something to myself to see if i would get it and it was two weeks before i was notified and the item was mailed from within the state. I’ve changed mail locations so hopefully moving forward I won’t have this issue.

Ipostal is a scam. It’s a funnel that forces you to use their online notary service for quadruple the going price.

We just happy that we finally getting our mail because somebody was stealing our mail n not putting return to sender at my old address I haven't received no mail since April

I have not received my mail. I sent a soelf addressed envelope and still haven't received it. I called support several times and was told they'd send a self addressed envelope and would give me the tracking number. I have called several times and have yet to receive a tracking number. I want to know if my box is working. If not I will cancel my membership and go elsewhere.

Easy to set up. I like the images of the documents and the ability to pick up free from my location - that was very important to me since some of the other locations charged a fee.

Has it's up and downs I liked how easy it was to set up, and it immediately gave me a proper mailing address which works easily. I can use the mailing address for anything, and changed all my bank info settings etc to the new address so when I move home or travel, all my mail remains consistent. I am not a fan of the double charging. Like you subscribe for a monthly membership - in which the monthly charge relates to how many deliveries you plan on receiving a month. But then I still get charged an extra $3, on top of that monthly fee, for every single delivery I pick up. My second negative may be related specifically to my local pick up point. But there was immediate attitude to pick something up when it's delivered. I signed up to a digital mailbox because I am out of town a lot of work and don't want online orders sitting outside my door at home for days. The very first order I used my digital address for arrived on Tuesday. The app told me pick up was available until mid October (over 2 weeks from now). Literally Wednesday evening (24hrs after my notification that I had mail to collect) I got an email from the mail room saying I needed to come pick up my parcel asap or they're going to charge me storage fees for leaving it there. I was out of town until Friday and replied to say as much. Went as soon as I could on Friday - wasn't even a big box, and for the life of me couldn't see what the issue was. If that's going to be the attitude everytime I get mail and don't immediately come running to collect it then I won't stay with the service, but it would be a shame.

Terrible experience with this service. I was completely disrespected by Chelsea on live chat, and the other guy(I forgot his name) both acted like they could care less about helping me. Just went in circles no matter how I tried explaining the issue with the terrible online notary service, Proof, that they use. Proof has an option of "passport card" for the passport option. I have a passport book. The passport card option brought up and ID style overlay which does not fit for the passport book that USA residents receive. Therefore it would not accept the images no matter how I tried to take the pictures to submit. Both of the live chat agents acted as though they could care less about the issue and I even went out and had my forms notarized in person because there is an option for uploading manually if their services do not work. I was then told that they do not accept manual submissions or a notary unless it is through the Proof service which clearly does not work. If manual submissions, which I took time out of my day to go out and do and pay for because the service did not work properly, are not accepted then they should not have incorrect information on their website. Overall from start to finish this was the one of the most confusing and incredibly poor experience I've had in quite awhile with a business.

I canceled my mailbox on July 24, 2024. After that I was charged again in August 2024. I reached out to ipostal and they acted if canceling my inbox was a mistake and offered no refund. From there I was told no further charges would happen in the future and still offered no refund. In September 2024, I was charged again and never heard back from them. I had to contact my bank and have all future payments canceled. This site is a scam, poor customer service and not use this site for a digital post office box. Beware!!!!!!!

One of the worst services I've used. Used for my business back in 2023 and they proceeded not to send me any of the mail received. I ended up having to pay state late fees due to their negligence. Update but iPostal support reached out and didn't provide any solution or refund for the lack of service provided. Avoid using this service if you run a business.

Site is not easy to maneuver and each agent tells you something new that is needed; cumbersome to say the least however once all information was given the process went well. I like the sévices iPostal offers.

Disappointed with the communication about my deliveries, as well as the attempts to see if they were available to be picked up at the location. I don’t have high confidence that this process will run smoothly or that I will get needed items without more follow up than should be necessary.

You need to learn how it works or it can get quite expensive fast. I had some letters that I think may have some checks in them. I should have had them scanned first which is about $2 per item but I had them collected and forwarded to my current location and it was almost $20 and that was the lowest price to forward 4 letters. Also, I didn't know the price until they shipped and I received an email invoice. If they were checks then it would have been an additional $8 so you have choices to make. Also some businesses are balking at the address stating that it isn't supported such as USPS informed delivery. Update: Shipping prices for letter forwarding showed as N/A. I did not see a price until I was invoiced. I would only have known if they were checks of I paid to have them scanned.

postal is the absolute worst. I spent 7 hours yesterday trying to upload the required documents and get them get the exact same documents notarized online. Even after all of that, they still need me to re-upload the same documents. I called customer service and they are only hammer and nail. Sorry, but you have to do it all over again. My husband works in IT and literally fixes all problems, so I know exactly what their problems are. Their platform sucks, their developers suck, they outsource…which absolutely sucks, they have a puppet system for customer service. Their own employees hate their jobs and not only we’re completely inept at fixing anything, but even transferring me to a department that they said could fix the problem, which wasn’t even my problem, didn’t work. The first guy was incompetent and the second guy was an assh0le who was rude and then put me on hold for 20 minutes because it made him feel better about his pathetic life. I worked in retail for 10 years and a call center for 7, I know what I’m talking about. The people who work in call centers are either gold or losers who want to make other people feel what they feel about their own sad lives. Do yourself the favor I didn’t gave the chance to…don’t use iPostal1, which by the way, is a really stupid name.
