Just got this service and it works wonderfully
Polite and fast!
So far so good. I'm new to this system but so far it's working great. I get emails with pictures of my mail and the option to have it forwarded or destroyed. Simple and to the point, really easy. Just what I need! If you're like me and value privacy and need a unique address for your home business, thats not your home address, this is perfect.
Excellent as expected.
$499 for a "virtual office" - stay away I stitched to this option after using the cheaper $99 yearly which was at a local mail, pack, ship store. I found that I couldn't use the address for certain banks, and state agencies. I was told a virtual office would resolve this. 2 months later and no, it doesn't. I get warning that I can not use a "PO BOX' and must use a virtual address. It's a complete waste of $500.
The company is very kind and helpful at the same. They quickly approve my order to receive mail. Great company and I highly recommend to others.
Excellent Service! Very easy to work with and navigate.
I enjoy being able to see incoming mail via email.
I recently moved two companies over to iPostal1 from other office suite offerings with mail collection and forwarding services, and I am glad I did. Great onboarding process, very professional, easy to understand menu of options, and extraordinary customer service.
I’m notified when I have a package via iPostal app and it’s a simple pickup.
Don't listen to the other paid reviews. Terrible business, EXTREMELY POOR SUPPORT, inept management and leadership. Go somewhere else for your business mailing needs.
Good customer service
Process to set up the account had to be completed 6 times. Ipostal has a list of required documents that is incongruent with Proof's list, so it appears as if people are willingly uploading the incorrect documents. Proof doesn't allow to upload, only allows to take pictures of documents, which is not possible without a printer which people don't have when travelling. We paid a few fees for notary. After all of these inconveniences, we still have no received any mail a month + after setting up.
The customer support sucks
Great service, easy to use, super convenient
In Response, this is the typical BS I've over the two years.yes many "test" emails were sent but none were received and they were advised that they were not received. I have multiple emails regarding this. This company sucks and at the end of this subscription I'll be going elsewhere. The concept is perfect for what I was looking for, however they have been unable to deliver. Started out with a problem receiving proper emails, they had me try a different email, still same thing, emails never delivered. They supposedly worked on the problem for a year before they admitted they had a "system" wide issue. Two years still no resolution. Now they decided to update their term and send out 20 page doc that everyone must agree to so can continue using the mailbox. Basically holding my mail hostage even though I'm paid through November this year. Also no refund. Who else besides me is ready to sue? Class Action in the making. Just so happens the new term specifically state you agree to no class Action law suits. Interesting to say the least.
When i went for my mail no one was able to assist in locating my mail items.
The DMV could not use my Ipostal address because it doesn't come uin their system. I reached out to customer service a week ago and haven't heard back. I'm NOT impressed so far!
So far so good. All my concern have been addressed and answered.
