I was annoyed with UPS when I received an e-mail saying that they couldn't deliver to me yesterday. I am working from home so had been there all day. I had to visit the shop, where my package was delivered instead, 3 times before I found them open. I finally picked up the package today only to find it was not UPS's fault. The address label missed an important line from my address and I guess I am lucky I receive my delivery at all.
