I received an delivery that I didn't order with no note. Tried to get in touch with Irish Malts through their website but no reply. Tried emailing using the email address on their website but it bounced back. Tried calling on the phone but no answer. I'm starting to get a little bit concerned as I'm worried that someone has my details and I just want to put my mind at rest but no luck... help! Update: I did manage to get through on the phone and speak to someone who was lovely and able to help. The bottles were a gift...I will be cracking them open this evening!

Excellent service. Had 4 bottles of whiskey shipped to Italy and they arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged.

I ordered a bottle of whiskey November 7th and received confirmation it would take 3-5 business days. Each week I had to email the company to ask about the delay, and I was disappointed they weren’t more proactive about the situation. I did not receive my order until a month later, well past my husband’s birthday which the bottle was meant to be his present. Just a disappointing experience all around. The positive was that the bottle was wrapped and packaged extremely well so you don’t need to worry about any broken bottles.

As soon as I got notification of the Irish Whiskey Advent Calendar I ordered it and my credit card was promptly charged. However, it didn't arrive for weeks. Just when I was about to complain, it did come. The recipient was amused, so that's ok.
