I have been going to Ismash since they first opened and will only trust them as they are always professional and very reasonably priced I have had iPhone batteries, ear speakers and cracked screens repaired and am always happy with the results Their staff are knowledgeable but never tech patronising and always do the work promptly in around an hour

Really really please with this company I used the Leicester branch. Apple was unable to fix my device and I was wary of where to take it. I choose ismashed and I couldn’t be happier that I did. My iPad is all fixed like new

This company we’re excellent providing factual information and locating the fault in my iPhone 6s as the battery . Other companies had already tried to sell me replacement Smartphones without testing the iPhone 6s ., I will return to iSash soon when the iPhone 6s becomes obsolete

Clowns. Did the online order where they send you a package to send your phone in. Charged £30 upfront. Nothing arrives, And they then ignore all email contact. Will now have to open PayPal dispute. Time wasting incompetent thieves.

e went to Ismash in Bond street to repair my Iphone 6s screen repair and change the battery. I was well served and the gentliman was friendly and did an excellent service and a good discont. I was very grateful. i was servbed by Cyril Sarcewno.

I had an iPhone screen replacement. There was no mention that any of these things will happen but when my phone was returned I was told that my new screen: - was significantly thicker than before - was not as responsive or accurate to touch - drains the battery of my phone (that I now have to charge during the day rather than just overnight) I would not recommend this service.

Really helpful friendly staff - the phone we took to get a new battery was too cracked to get one but they did all they could to find an affordable option. The data transfer took ages and Venkata stayed late to finish the job.

Appointment at iSmash Manchester Arndale due to a problem with my Samsung phone. Azhar Hussein was friendly and professional: he fixed the issue straight away and ran a series of tests to confirm my phone was fault-free. Great service!
