Jul 11,2024I’ve used iSmash a few times for new screen, batteries etc., and they always get things done right. Always best to book in advance in my experience, but the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, especially the team at Meadowhall.

Jul 10,2024I used iSmash Birmingham for replacing iPad 6’s battery for the first time and glad that I did it. The battery was replaced less than one hour and I was able to collect my iPad on the same day. I was lucky as I went there less busy day and the job was done quickly! The battery has one year warranty as well. Would recommend!

Jul 08,2024Brought laptop in for repair yesterday to St. Pancras. Was told it would be ready after 4pm today. Took the train down today and arrived at the shop to be told by the manager that it had not been done. He said they had been busy and there wasn’t time to do it today. He said it takes 4 hours to replace … and it would be ready 11 tomorrow (they open at 8). It’s a 50 minute journey for me each way for this wasted trip. There was no message from ismash to tell me it wouldn’t be ready. My previous experiences with ismash have been positive but something isn’t working with the current team.

Jul 06,2024Super quick service and excellent quality. Had screen replaced on iPhone elsewhere and it never quite worked properly. After replacing it again at ismash, has been working perfeclyt. Took them all of about 25mins and reasonable price too. Would use again :)

Jul 05,2024Marian at Ismash Liverpool performed wonders assessing damage to my damaged Galaxy smartphone, arranging the purchase of a very reasonably priced refurbished version and communicating with the insurance company to minimize bureaucratic difficulties and arrange a financial settlement rather than the issue of an unwanted replacement model. He also managed to recover all the data and settings from the damaged phone which was beyond repair and transfer them to the new phone. A really great performance with courtesy and good humour.

Jul 03,2024Friendly staff member but very quietly spoken and a difficult accent to understand. New battery replaced in the agreed time but it doesn’t feel much different to my old battery. Still runs out very quickly 🤷♀️
