Jan 26,2024Very pleased with the ottoman stool, excellent quality and a fantastic golden colour that compliments our living room. Delivery took longer than expected as the item was initially damaged by the courier and failed to be delivered. Communication with Istools soon resolved the issue with prompt delivery if a replacement.

We love it, haven’t seen a footstool like the one I ordered anywhere before! It’s so unique. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Feb 16,2023Really great communication all the way through. I wanted different legs on the ottoman rather than black and was sent options. This was well out of working hours in the evening. A straightforward PayPal transaction. Delivery was a bit slow and longer than expected but explanation of short staff due to sickness. I’m pleased with the ottoman. Sturdy and nice fabric and colour, though more blue tone of duck egg.

Jan 19,2023Brilliant company and even better piece of furniture. I ordered a foot stool before Christmas which arrived but wasn’t as big as I wanted. It was extremely easy to return and I ordered the same stool in made to measure size that I needed. On arrival, it is just what I wanted and whilst awaiting delivery I was kept in the loop via email and telephone contact. The manager couldn’t have been more helpful. He did everything he could to cater for my needs and get things moving swiftly, despite the national delivery service crisis. For any reviews going in on the slow deliveries, I’d take with a pinch of salt as Istools bent over backwards to get my stool to me. Thanks Istools!!
