Jul 16,2021Really pleased overall and saved by great communication and customer service! There was a slight defect in the material by the time my chesterfield footstool arrived (I suspect due as a result of rubbing during transit. This was a bit disappointing but the team were excellent in quick and effective communication with me and a partial refund has been provided which I feel is fair. Do not let this discourage you from buying, I think I was just unlucky and on the whole I am delighted with my new footstool, which is well made and again, GREAT customer service!!! Thank you

Jul 13,2021Initially the stool was out of stock, added my details for alerts and received an email within 24 hours that it was now available, ordered and delivered within 72 hours. Delivered well packaged and being honest wasn’t expecting much for the price how wrong was I, looks fantastic, it’s well built and has totally surpassed my expectations, had loads of compliments so thank you really pleased

Jun 28,2021This looked lovely and intended ordering three but first one came late after me asking where it was, on opening it the hinges were on squint and there were two small tears in the fabric inside, spoke with istools who quickly replied re collection or I could keep for £20 off, I didn’t think this was fair re the damage that was done to it and also seeing how cheaply it was made so said no, I would have been happy to keep for £50 discount as felt it was probably only worth that amount in the first place, istools said no and offered £30 refund I’m so busy at the moment I just agreed as not going to argue over £20 with hindsight I wish I had returned but just so much hastle oh and I wasn’t getting a refund or replacement until they had received it back, as if it was my fault, very poor customer service

Jun 17,2021I ordered a week ago, Iv received no confirmation email, no order email, no dispatch date.. nothing. I’m going to claim a refund soon if I don’t hear anything. Update. Material has thinned out in areas and the opening mechanism broke within about 2 weeks. Pictures sent at the time, they weren’t interested.

Jun 14,2021I ordered the pink stool. Very well made.beautifull!! Strongly recommend. Just regret I didn't choose the mustard colour as I think will give nicer effect in my living room. But still very very nice!!

May 30,2021I have not received my stool yet, had to message them to find out when ordering it takes between 10-14 working days. They should inform the buyers on updates of their purchases. Will leave a full review once I receive it. I have received my stool today and I’m very happy with my purchase now only waiting on my new sofas.

May 09,2021Really cheaply made. The top doesnt fit (too small for bottom box, approx 1cm too small at one side) unfinished material around sides and tab pull not stitched in place. The inside of lid crudely stapled and lid bracket to hold open screwed in wrong place, doesnt open fully so could trap children's hands, it should of had a locking hinge in place as lid is so heavy so definitely a safety issue there. The holes for feet to be screwed into not visible, had to break through material to screw in.
