Jun 10,2022Lovely product, I am delighted with ottoman, nicely made and very heavy product. The only fault I can find is the speed of delivery. I phoned just before ordering and was told it would take about 7days to be delivered. I finally got it nearly 3weeks later after phoning and stating that if it wasn't here in 2days I wanted a refund. It's very sad because it really is a nice product but the delivery times are way out considering money shouldn't be taken from account until product is posted.

Feb 19,2022I ordered 2 bespoke size storage ottomans, one as a seat and the other as a low standing unit to use as a coffee table. I also had the sides fully padded and upholstered to match the lids. They arrived yesterday approx 3 weeks from ordering and are gorgeous, well built and very substantial. A lovely lady called Keira dealt with all aspects of my order and kept in touch throughout the process. Keira was very helpful, she answered all my questions ( there were a lot!!) and also dealt with the fact that I changed my mind about the design just before the order and build started. Would definitely use again and have already referred them to a family member.

Sep 26,2021I was a bit worried at first regarding if it was a scam, as I found them on Facebook market place and the guy I spoke to didn’t speak very good English via message, but it was shipped out within a week and arrived the same day I got my dispatched email, so arrived within a week. It is a very beautiful ottoman, and was easy to assemble. Good size, good storage underneath, superb quality, would 100% buy another from them, and lovely customer service from Muhammad via message, super helpful telling me the stages of my items dispatch etc! Thank you very much 😊
