Aug 21,2021I bought a stool and they sent it out using a cheap and sketchy courier (XDP, their reviews are terrible!!! Why would any company use them knowing they don’t deliver the parcels when they’re supposed to?!) and obviously my parcel never arrived! The delivery man never rang my flat, he pressed a random number and delivered it to some random man in my building who I can’t find! It’s Istools job as the seller to ensure I receive the parcel, I asked for a refund and they said they won’t! they should open a claim with the courier as they should have paid for insurance for the parcel, as the buyer I can’t do anything with the courier because I diddnt pay them! ISTOOLS have been absolutely no help! DO YOUR JOBS AND SORT THIS OUT!
