Initially chosen for range of products at good prices. But then had great Service from Jane Clayton. When one fabric was out of stock Alice Perkins from customer service could not have been more helpful - sending new samples of alternative fabrics and then processing a new order for me. Nice to get old fashioned service. 100% recommendation to you.
You have not replied to my email: 'My new rug has arrived. I like the design very much, but is it ex-display? What is that circular indent in the pile? It looks as though a circular table has been sitting on it. The rug cost me over £350. I would not expect to receive an ex-display piece for that price!

I purchased 3 rolls of Mind the Gap Procession paper £219 per roll. There was printing loss on 1 roll which the manufacturer states ‘it is possible that some ink residue may come off when the wallpaper is first cleaned, this does not affect the actual colours in the design or the quality of the material’ what absolute BS, surely this equates to a substandard, not fit for purpose product. DO NOT BUY.
I have ordered from Jane Clayton twice. Both times I was immediately debited for my purchases. Both times I was told 24hrs later in fact the material advertised was no longer available. I have zero faith that these guys can deliver anything, despite the reasonably reassuring user experience of their website.

Fantastic service and goods - from start to finish. I placed my order over the phone as I needed clarity regarding measurements and the help I received was exactly what I needed to assure my 'inner doubter' I was on the right track. And the finished products(blind and cushions) are superb and easy to fit. Thank you Jane Clayton.
Horrible experience. It turns out that Jane Clayton & Company don't keep the stock but rely on 3rd party suppliers. Once the order was complete - I received a notification from DHL - order received - but the status did not change. I tried to call Jane Clayton & Company customer service. Good luck with that, its very hard to get hold of a employee at Jane Clayton & Company. When eventually I did, and asked why was it so hard, the response was we are really busy! My response : you need to hire more staff! The response : we know we are short staffed!! I ordered wallpaper and adhesive - which was sent in 2 parcels - long story short - the parcels went missing! Because Jane Clayton & Company don't pack the items they did not even know that there were 2 parcels! Eventually the wallpaper arrived, but no adhesive. Adhesive was refunded. There is no way that Jane Clayton & Company can promise a 3 - 7 working day service when they have no idea whether their suppliers have stock. I will not be using Jane Clayton & Company again!

Jan 25,2024I ordered some Sanderson wallpaper from here. It was the best price I found online with free shipping. I had ordered 1 too many rolls and I was able to return it. The refund arrived super quick and I had an email from one of the staff to personally let me know it had arrived back at their warehouse. Great customer service. I will definitely order from here again and recommend them to my friends!
