Feb 06,2025Very good range of fabrics, wallpaper and rugs and their website is easy to navigate and search. There was a problem with one of the fabrics that I ordered so I entered into an email 'discussion' with Jess. My emails were answered within 24 hours and, after sending photos and a video, much to my relieve the problem was resolved. Thank you Jess.

Jan 17,2025I placed an order on Monday, so now 5 working days and phoned to enquire where my order is only to be told that the item I was ensured was in stock is coming from the Netherlands and cannot have even have an estimated day for delivery. I feel that this company could have been more transparent regarding their stock, as I had obviously had assumed the rug was in the UK.

Jan 16,2025I ordered 2 roman blinds. Delivery was about 10/12wks which is a bit long to wait. The fabric is very nice, Clarke & Clarke Alvar Mushroom but the blinds do not hang nicely. I've written & sent photos to the company for advice about hanging the blinds in case we've missed something but to date, have not had a response.
