Almost perfect - great products but it would’ve been helpful to know that there was no adhesive included and I had to order it afterwards and pay delivery costs. Would’ve been helpful to know that when ordering

When I ordered a rug from them in July they informed me it will be delivered in a week. Then they pushed the date of delivery to early September. After waiting 2 months, they now inform me that I will have to wait another 2 months. They’re scamming me and have no intention to deliver the item

The product is beautiful however after quoting a lead time of 2-3 weeks, it took over 5 weeks to arrive and A LOT of chasing on my part to ensure it did arrive when it did. This was particularly frustrating as I had booked decorators in around this and had to push this back. The team were responsive in updating me but there was no real apology or gesture of good will, just passing the blame onto their suppliers. Frustrating when it's an expensive price point to begin with. I'm not convinced if I hadn't been chasing that it would have even arrived within 5 weeks.

Custom made pillows are patterned matched on both sides and both pillows, which was not expected. They are well made and great quality. Very happy customer.

Product was wrongly advertised on two counts (one of which they now deny but I can't go back to prove what the website said at the point at which I ordered), resulting in me over-ordering wallpaper which they are refusing to allow me to return. I've sent all the proof of what's gone on that they requested and there's been no acknowledgement that this issue has arisen through any fault of their own. Customer service team have to be chased and chased and chased for a follow-up and it's basically amounted to a shrug and a "there's nothing we can do." Take your custom to a company that correctly advertises their products to begin with and acts with integrity when things go wrong.
