I ordered products that cost more than $200 2 weeks ago. However, til now, there were no updates re my parcel. I email them twice to ask for updates but got the same automated respond in a week span: Hi Elisa, Thank you very much for your purchase. I just checked what is going on. We had a shortage but now everything is ready. We are packing in order so I will let you know the tracking number as soon as we are ready to ship your order. I apologize for the inconvenience. Best Regards, Ayumi I just ask to refund my money instead, awaiting for their reply
Took several weeks to arrive I Chose express shipping ($16) "ships in 1-3 days"(which didn't), and there was no tracking info available the ENTIRE time (LINK given by cs DIDNT EVEN WORK!) On top of that when it arrived out of the blue, we paid an additional $18 for import fees. I have never needed to pay addition when ordering from yes style or literally any other Asian international store online. Don't let the cheaper prices fool you because everything else adds up Shop elsewhere.

Reading all the reviews I m a little bit worried since I made my purchase on October 27 th and I haven’t received the tracking number yet and can’t find a way to follow my order JT-34550.

No email replies and no shipment
Avoid company at all costs! I ordered on the 16/08/2021 and paid for TRACKED shipping (9-17 days to the UK). They sent me an email saying I could track my order at any time, I also opted into getting text alerts on the shipment of my order. I have tried tracking the parcel multiple times but there’s no page, it just comes up with the order summary page. I have contacted company with no response. It’s now 11/09/2021 and there’s still no sign of parcel. I have disputed this with my bank been as the company will not respond to my attempts of contact. Don’t waste your time or money!!
They never reply to emails! =( I made an order using shop pay and it used a wrong credit card, I immediately sent an email to the store asking for the cancelation, they never replied to the email and 2 days later they shipped it. I have sent more emails, and they never reply to them. There is no chat, or phone to call. Terrible experience, I will never buy anything again from this shop.
I placed the order on the 13th and received the package today (the 15th). Purchased a few masks that I am familiar with. When I went to Japan I purchased those masks and loved it! I selected the cheapest shipping option with tracking since my whole order was less than $80. In order for you to qualify for the free shipping, you have to spend $200. I rather pay for the shipping than have to spend $200 for items that I don't need right way :D The free shipping, they would ship it via Japan Post and it doesn't come with tracking. I would recommend you to upgrade the shipping to something that you can track especially if you spend $200! The shipping with tracking to California was less than $15. My package was shipped via FedEx. I'm happy with the products.
I ordered 4 Sunscreens to croatia on June 5th, they arrived on June 23rd. Unfortunately they ship through Japanese Post that does not offer proper tracking (often delayed), and Japanese Post doesn't have an email where international costumers can ask about their package. Unfortunately the package was given to the local post that shipped the package and didn't try to contact me in any way, so at the time I was not home. I had to pick the package up myself. The website itself is great with quite a few good products. The sunscreens are great and definitely would purchase them again. Maybe more skin care products in the assortment (like yessyle) would be nice.
It’s been more than half a month but I still haven’t got any tracking number or any emails about shipping delay. I ordered stretch mark cream and something else but kind of worried if this is a fraud website now. I have sent several emails and submitted questions to customer service but no reply at all. It’s totally different from what they said on web, anybody have the same issue? The worst part is they ignore all my emails so I worried about my $200+ and it’s also waste of my time. Still find a way to resolve this, pls tell me if anybody got the same problem.

I bought a Kalita hand grinder from them. It shipped quickly, however it was a different version from what was pictured. I left a 3 or 4 star review due to that and saw that my review was removed from the product's page. Edit - my review seems to have resurfaced after they changed the product’s display images and replied to my review. Hence, a star upgrade, but I’m not satisfied with how they handled it.

I reached out to them and they got back to me right away with tracking details. Everything was as expected. Shipping was quick. Couldn’t be happier. Update: I was so stoked on my first package that I ordered more. Shipping was even faster this time, somehow, and once again amazing service and product all around.
