Sep 21,2022A Wonderfully Relaxing, Stress Free and Enjoyable Travel Experience This was our second trip with JayWay. We visited 6 cities in Germany, focused mainly on Bavaria. Every hotel was well located, the tours were exceptionally good, and the transfers from city to city were flawless. We heard from our local contact every day. Having traveled all over the world relying on our own planning, we really appreciated JayWay’s spot-on arrangements and advice.

JayWay Travel did a great job of helping to create a custom trip with introducing me and my son to places that fit our interest, all the coordination of travel and places to stay along with the local tours was amazing and saved me so much work and stress...I could not have done this on my own.

Sep 06,2022We couldn't imagine a better-planned trip. Every aspect was considered and handled meticulously. We spent three days each in Krakow, Prague, and Munich. Each city was unique and the planning by Jayway was excellent. In each city we took tours associated with food, beer, and WWII. Got a taste (literally!) of the culture and the history in each place--and Jayway had other options if we were interested in other things. Definitely recommend using them to plan a trip to this beautiful part of the world!

Aug 06,2022We went to Sicily for a wedding which was joyous. Then JayWay Travel helped us make our time in Sicily both very special and seamless to navigate. Every transfer -to and from the airport and between cities and towns was on time, professionally handled and very comfortable. After a very hard year, this is deeply appreciated. If I must choose our favorite tour booked by JayWay, the trip to Mt Etna (including a lovely ride with a stop at an apiary) followed by an afternoon at the Gambino winery made for a wonderful and memorable day. The agents at JayWay Travel were responsive to all our needs, requests and concerns. Thank you for making this trip seamless and throughly enjoyable.

Jul 28,2022We had originally planned our 20th anniversary trip with JayWay 2 years ago, right before covid. Thankfully, we were able to replan it for July. Based on new flights available, JayWay was able to reroute the trip starting and ending points without a problem. They are so professional, and answered each email so quickly. They gave us wonderful hotel and excursion options. All of their transfer drivers and guides in cities were fantastic. A month prior to the trip, we met our local representative. Ivana answered all our questions easily. If we wanted to change start times due to temperature, it was no problem. When we were unsure how to book our car pass pre paid tolls, she took care of it instantly. Any questions we had ( closest laundromat, etc) she answered quickly. Our trip was stress free because Jay Way was so professional and went above and beyond. Our 17 days in Croatia and Slovenia were more then we could have imagined. You will be recommended to all!

Jul 27,2022We recently returned from a 13 day vacation in Croatia planned by JayWay. We had an amazing time and the trip ran so smoothly thanks to JayWay's help along the way. During the initial itinerary planning stage the JayWay contacts were extremely responsive and provided insightful guidance. Their online itinerary portal is amazing! So much helpful info included from our official itinerary to general info about each city that we referenced throughout our trip. We discovered several activities we otherwise would not have through them. These turned out to be some of our favorite and most memorable excursions from the trip! JayWay took the work out of planning our international vacation and we couldn't be more grateful. We will definitely book our next vacation through JayWay!

Every detail is taken care of, communication is clear and detailed, friendly, responsive and helpful. We felt very prepared going into the trip having the thorough itinerary in hand. When little changes needed to happen along the way our Croatian rep was very responsive and helpful. This is our second trip with JayWay and will continue to travel with them in the future. The online tour itinerary tool is top-notch and was used often before and during our trip. We visited Frankfort, Munich, Vienna and Prague in July utilizing JayWay's services.

I would unequivocally and enthusiastically recommend JayWay Travel to anyone looking for a trusted agent to plan their vacation. Fantastic service, excellent value for the money. My husband and I are seasoned global travelers, but we’re also busy professionals, and simply didn’t have the time to plan our own Baltics adventure. We took a leap of faith and outsourced the trip planning to JayWay Travel based on the reviews we read - and we are so happy we did. The trip exceeded our expectations on every front! The trip was the perfect balance of fun, adventure, and learning about the history, culture, and food of these beautiful and unique countries. We did the capital cities (Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius) but also loved our time in smaller locals like Parnu and Klaipedia. If you've never been to the Curonian Spit, go! What a gorgeous, fascinating, strategic piece of geography! Special shout out to our in-region expert, Igor, who helped smooth over any very minor travel bumps we encountered. They were able to help us quickly resolve several last-second travel issues and changes to our plan, which I couldn’t have imagined doing on our own through multiple separate parties. Good experiences and great hotels. My only suggestion: I would recommend they expand their suggested restaurants lists.
