Jul 01,2022JayWay is great! Planning was very easy and the web page was very helping in visualizing the trip, understanding recommended add-ons and tours, and provided a great one stop place to refer to our entire trip. The staff were also fantastic - we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Jun 29,2022JayWay Travel exceeded expectations. They took the guesswork and research out of trip planning to an unknown location. From the minute we disembarked the plane everything was organized & taken care of. We had no anxiety about ferry time, ferry tickets, mixed up reservations, etc -- it was a weight off our minds to just go & be & enjoy. Plus everyone was enthusiastic, attentive, upbeat, and intuitive.

Jun 27,2022We started planning our trip to Venice and Croatia about a year ago. We worked with Nico and he was extremely helpful. He responded quickly and helped us with many different itineraries so we could fit in the tours and excursions into our 2 week vacation. He had great patience as we rearranged things and made some great suggestions on hotels. Once we were a month from the trip we were introduced to our on site coordinators Valentina and Antonia. The wonderful ladies secured our tickets and again, worked with us to find the best times of the day for the tours and the transfers. They each met is when we arrived in the Countries and reviewed the itineraries with us in person and answered questions we had about the trip and the Cities we would be visiting. When we had questions during the trip or couldn't find a tour guide they were available by phone and quickly got us back on track. If I could give Jayway and this team 10 stars I would. I will definitely use them again on my next adventure.

All the stress and uncertainty related to planning and transportation is handled for you. Our Italian representative, Valentina, provided personalized, timely assistance at every stage. Jun 22,2022We've used JayWay Travel for three travel adventures. Why? Because we say when we want to travel and for how long. We get to choose from their selection of accommodation, activities, sights and adventures. It is the most relaxing, worry free method of traveling because you can count 100% on JayWay Travel to get it right. The local JayWay representative meets you on Day 1 and even puts a local SIM card into your phone. Thanks JayWay, we'll be back!!

Jun 22,2022WOW! We had an amazing experience with JayWay Travel in June 2022. JayWay Travel made our trip very relaxing and enjoyable. We did not have to worry about one thing! All arrangements were perfectly planned. The extra bonus of the local rep in each location was impressive! They provided recommendations, answered questions promptly and communicated very well. From the planning process through the entire trip we dealt with very professional travel agents and reps. Every tour guide, transfer driver, and excursion went off perfectly! There was only one cancellation due to weather, and the local rep in Greece fixed it very quickly and it was better than we could have imagined. I will definitely use JayWay travel again!!

The tight knit, focused coordination of the JayWay team will help you make your trip the best that it could possibly be for you and your family. JayWay Travel provided fantastic service during pre-trip planning, trip preparation, flights and all along during the trip. I responded to an internet prompt when I was searching travel to Croatia/Italy when JayWay popped up on the browser. I gave them a try to put my travel wish list together for our trip. They contacted me the very next day. They did a fantastic job putting the trip together and also made outstanding suggestions for accommodations, tours, etc.. They will set up a web site dedicated to your trip that is easy to access and refer to. Great service, outstanding personnel. Great working with you JayWay. We'll be back when we plan our next family trip.

Jun 10,2022JayWay makes travel a vacation, they do the work,you enjoy the journey. We just finished a 5 week Baltic tour with JayWay planning the trip. We continued the trip to Germany on our own, big hassle. JayWay picked us up to and from the airport or train station, took us to the hotel we chose. The next day they arranged a private tour of the city we were visiting, the rest of the time was ours. We could take another tour they had arranged, get one ourselves or just wander. JayWay knows where to stay, close to the old town, where you want be. They have a local contact so if you have a problem, they are just a phone call away. It was so easy to let them make all the hotel, connections, and activities reservations. Give the, a try, you won’t be disappointed. I will, one last tip be sure and include Poland I any trip to the Baltic or Central Europe, it was great.

May 30,2022My wife and I used Jay Way for the first time to plan our first ever Italy vacation - Rome, Florence, Venice. They offered a "Best of Italy" itinerary with a ten day duration. All transportation details included. We chose our tours. The hotels met our expectations. Very nice. The local guide, limo drivers and tour guides were very competent and professional. The local tours we chose were amazing. Our trip, however, was not flawless. We were stranded twice in Venice when our water taxis failed to show. Our guide was unavailable by phone. Very distressing for two seniors in a foreign city for the first time! Additionally, our meeting point for a Venice walking tour was miscommunicated and we missed this tour (along with ten other travellers). We were reimbursed for the missed tour and we were offered a $200. credit on a future booking. This trip was not inexpensive. Not sure we would consider JayWay again.

Nov 11,2021My wife and I would like to share about our time in Poland and Czech Republic and express our gratitude to a great private/custom travel tour company. We took this trip on the first place, as a continuation of our first leg in Egypt, in lieu of our long planned trip to Asia. After doing our research and corresponding due diligence, we chose JAYWAY TRAVEL. After the selection, we designed a tailor-made itinerary, together with Cecilia Soares - Travel Advisor of JAYWAY Travel. She understood our needs and wishes from the get – go and helped us set everything up. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process enjoyable. I am unable to fully express my satisfaction with JAYWAY Travel. There were several “bucket list” items we wanted to visit, and JAYWAY TRAVEL worked closely with us in order to fit our time to the perfect experience. We never felt lost or on our own to figure things out. At the airports and beyond, we always had the helpful and professional JAYWAY TRAVEL representatives to show us every step of the way, and to place us in the very capable hands of our coordinators. The drivers were professional, friendly, and very talented at their work. They always strived to run a tight schedule keeping the vehicle clean and safe. They got us from point A to B repeatedly, and we are thankful about their constant concern for our safety and comfort. While touring the phenomenal sites at Warsaw, Krakow, and Prague, we always felt safe, protected, and attended to in every way. Sasha Brychtová, our Central Europe Destination Expert & Prague City Host did an amazing job, coordinating each one of the of our incredible guides at each location were very knowledgeable, professional, and worked diligently, both behind the scenes and firsthand. They had only one goal in mind, making our trip perfect. They made an incredible effort to be more than just a guide, but to make us feel at home, they literally opened their amazing and beautiful countries to us. They have with their knowledge and narratives, the ability of making our imagination flight through time, and placed us at the time of the great historical events of each location… JAYWAY TRAVEL facilitated perfect luxury lodging, best tour sites, and restaurants for us filling our days with excitement and wonder. Throughout the experience I marveled at the value we received for the cost of our tour. Thanks, JAYWAY TRAVEL for the memories that will last a lifetime.

We were a 3 generation family traveling to Croatia and it could not have been more enjoyable. All arrangements came off flawlessly. On a scale of 1 to 100 Jayway scores 100%. We have told many of our friends and fellow travelers how terrific they are. I have since booked two more trips!

JayWay made our trip extremely smooth and provided special "surprise" gifts and moments for us along our trip, which we really appreciated. We would definitely use the service again for a future trip.

Oct 15,2021My husband and I just completed a trip with JayWay (Sept. 29 - Oct 10). It was the first time that we used their services. This trip was rescheduled from 2020 due to COVID. Kudos to Jared for his patience! Jared did an incredible job of making this trip finally happen! We started in Venice, Italy then spent a few days in Hvar...we planned on a day trip to Korcula but the ferry was canceled for the first time due to torrential rain...then 3 days in Dubrovnik... JayWay is a stellar boutique travel agency! We are very impressed with their services, the quality of the hotels we stayed in and the assigned travel managers. Giorgia (Italy) and Andrea (Croatia) were amazing! Responsive, professional and ever so helpful-especially when the day trip to Korcula was canceled. They also made restaurant reservations for us and got us tickets for various events. Least to say, their services from beginning to end is topnotch! We didn't have to worry about anything on this trip. JayWay allowed us to relax and really enjoyed our vacation! Every detail was taken care of: airport transfers, ferry tickets, COVID testing appointment, Government declaration forms, plane tickets from Venice to Croatia....everything! I recommend them highly and will definitely use them again!

Oct 14,2021Great value for the money! JayWay Travel focuses on details and ensuring customer satisfaction. They were very reassuring during the planning and execution phase of our trip. We had to postpone our original trip in September 2020 because of COVID but discussing our options with Nico and Igor gave us the confidence to take the trip in September 2021. Best decision we ever made regarding travel. From our perspective it was a flawless vacation and greatly exceeded our expectations. All of the guides and drivers were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The hotels were as described and centrally located within each city close to a main square making it very easy to navigate the city on our own. Our primary contact while in Europe was Igor and he definitely went above and beyond our expectations in ensuring we were provided the very best possible within each city visited and throughout every aspect of our trip. His recommendations were spot on in every case and his attention to detail was remarkable.

The responsiveness, service, and flexibility offered is wonderful. *WE* determined what we wanted to do and when, and JayWay made it happen. Everything that was arranged through them went exactly as planned, with no bumps along the way. Transfer services and tour guides were on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Truly a great experience and we are already looking at doing Spain and Portugal with them next year. Highly recommended.

Oct 11,2021We absolutely loved working with JayWay! We did a 10 day tour of Albania starting in Tirana and then stopping in Vlora, Himara and Gjirokastra. They came up with a great itinerary and took care of all the small little details - it really took the stress out of visiting a new country. I loved the guest page they provide - we referenced it almost every day. Overall I thought they were very professional and responsive. Would definitely use them again!

Jul 07,2022I have used JayWay Travel for more than a decade on many trips to various countries in Europe including Croatia twice, Switzerland, Lucerne, Lugano, Italy in general & a separate trip to the Lake Como region too just last week. Their suggested hotels have always been wonderful - mostly 5-star hotel/resorts and sometimes a 4-star hotel that felt like a 5-star hotel. Jayway Travel has always planned fun excursions for us to do privately or with friends we travel with - never with large groups of people and never on a bus because we like a more boutique experience of a luxury vehicle taking us from region to region. After discovering Jayway Travel more than a decade ago, I have only booked with them because they've expanded the countries they service and are super knowledgeable in finding local, skilled travel guides who have always created for us a super fun itinerary in so many interesting countries we would not have thought to visit had they not suggested it. We returned last night from a two-week visit to three cities in Switzerland [Lucerne, Grindelwald and Lugano], and the Lake Como region in Italy as well. Mr. Karen Kochinyan was our assigned Jayway Travel guide/host who kept in touch with me daily by phone and email to be sure my husband and I were having the best time ever - we were! He was genuinely interested in whether all was going well and what, if anything more, he could he do for us to make our trip even more special than it already was. We really appreciated that type of personal customer service and care-factor. Mr. Kochinyan was even able to cancel a bike tour with short notice after my husband had unfortunately injured his shoulder [now in a sling] riding an electric bike at home just days before we left for our recent trip to Europe. Since my husband could not participate in the 3-hour private guided bike tour Jayway Travel had booked for us [and we paid for in advance], Mr. Kochinyan said there was no problem cancelling that activity with our money returned. Amazing customer service that was very much appreciated. We cannot wait to plan our next Jayway travel excursion. They are true professionals in the travel industry in every way and made our recent 2-week trip to Europe so much fun and stress-free with the details.
