Sep 30,2021Have traveled with JayWay more than once and both trips have been highly personalized to our requests. These are not cookie-cutter experiences. Plus, the costs have been quite competitive and they will work within your budget. Very responsive.

Sep 30,2021Our group trip to Croatia this summer 2021 was wonderful and unforgettable! Not only the country is breathtaking, especially now with much less crowds, but our tour operator - JayWay Travel - gave me full support when needed, and took away a lot of worries from my mind from the onset! It's the way to go!

Aug 24,2021I have a credit with JayWay Travel (New Rochelle, NY). I sent JayWay an email on Aug 10, 2021 requesting a private tour package in Germany (guides, transportation & accommodation) for three days in September. Their response was to decline my request, indicating "Our packages have a 5 night minimum and we also only offer packages with hotels included." I could not find any documentation about JayWay's "5 night minimum" in any documentation that I received from them or in their published Terms and Conditions. I feel that the credit that JayWay Travel agreed to provide is a bait and switch strategy.

From the moment of the airport pickup to the last hours including an easy Covid Test, the entire trip ran smoothly and safely. Their guides are true professionals and uniquely JayWay works with locals who know their relative regions well instead of just having a single guide for the trip's entire duration. JayWay is a boutique travel service that I continually like to work with on custom travel plans. Their local agency and guides are fluent in English, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Also, I love their passion and energy for their country's history and customs. I look forward to my next trip!
