We were extremely happy with the service we received from Scott, Hayley and their team. Communication was terrific and we felt very much connected with all that was going on with our property. Our auction was conducted online during the recent 2 week lockdown and this was very successful with Scott getting us a fabulous price for our home. I attended a house inspection with David Quattrocchi on short notice, and he was very knowledgeable and honest about the property that I was viewing, as well as the area. I received frequent courtesy updates from David throughout our correspondence, even during his weekend off, to make the process as straight-forward as possible. I really appreciated his help to make an informed decision and would recommend him as a helpful and trustworthy agent.

My partner & I moved interstate from NSW to VIC during the first COVID-19 lockdown in Melbourne and everything was handled with care by our incredible property manager (Sarah Sherlock) at Jellis Craig Armadale. We cannot thank Sarah and the team at Jellis Craig enough for their professionalism, compassion and diligent service. The rental market can be very daunting at the best of times, let alone during a global pandemic and Sarah made it easy for us right up until the end of our lease term at the property. If you're looking for property managers who genuinely care about your needs and have excellent communication / processes, I'd highly recommend the team here.
