After what felt like an eternity of using another well know Ballarat Real Estate Agency without any success, I received a phone call from Phil who had driven past our property and was very surprised that it was still for sale. Jan 13,2021Over a 6 week period just post COVID lockdown, we enjoyed a positive relationship with Kellie O'Neill, who was well supported by Charles Boyd, during our house sale process. Kellie was always available, knew the local area well, was totally across all other 'competitor' properties for sale in the area as well as the bank of potential buyers. Compared to other Agents, we had better online photo's; better brochures; and were able to switch up the campaign as needed due to feedback. This allowed us to navigate a successful sale prior to Auction which we were very happy with. Selling your family home is one of the most challenging episodes in your life, and we would highly recommend taking that journey with Kellie due to her diligence, professional approach and commitment.

Jan 12,2021We appreciated the effort in selling the house in a difficult situation. Nick and Calvin were always supportive and positive and inspections were well managed. The management and organisation of the early process was excellent and we received referrals for other services that helped greatly. The selling process during lockdown was challenging and some of the communication could have been more timely. There was some confusion with regard to the late addition of an auction date coming out of lockdown and around handling of early offers. We got the result we needed however and sold prior.
