Jan 08,2021In 2019 I sold 2 properties with Jellis Craig Eltham during 2 lockdowns! Firstly we sold my mothers’ estate after her passing earlier in the year. It was a really difficult time with a strained family dynamic. Steve Schumann was just fantastic to work with. He kept everyone in the loop, was super efficient and compassionate. We got an amazing price during a very restricted time due to Steve’s expertise. I asked Steve for an appraisal on my house in Montmorency and then ended up listing with him and Scott Nugent. I could not fault these guys with their knowledge of the area and their down to earth approach they were just so great to work with. Throughout the whole process they were professional, respectful and supportive. I cannot recommend them and the whole team highly enough. It is never about just selling a house and you want a team that gets that like Jellis Craig Eltham does.
