I would highly recommend all at Jennings Ford , Gateshead & in particular David Glendinning & Bob Weaver. We have bought several cars from this dealership through David & Bob and they always give fantastic , genuine, great service.

Craig was really helpful, we felt we could trust what he was telling us. He wasn't "pushy" in the slightest and gave us the information we needed to know. I was really nervous about buying a new car and he made it so much easier. The finance manager was very friendly and put us at ease aswell. I have a few questions about my car but know I can ring Craig at any point

I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Jennings Ford Gateshead from the moment I walked in. They are friendly and helpful without any feeling of pressure from the sales team meaning the buying experience was straightforward and easy. The after sales service has also been excellent with all my questions answered. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had been looking for a Ford Fiesta and had trawled the websites in the North East for available cars. Liked what I saw on Jennings site and went to investigate. Saw James Downey, told him what I was looking for, he listened to my requirements and showed me a vehicle which had just come in, which seemed to meet my needs. The car was yet to be cleaned and had a few scratches, but was right price and mileage. James assured me it would be like new when I collected it. He was so right and the whole transaction of buying the car was so easy and friendly. Would recommend Jennings to anyone. Thankyou

I love going into the Stockton branch of Jennings....everyone is so friendly and helpful. The purchase of my new Kuga went really smoothly thanks to the professionalism and thoroughness of Graham Reynolds. Received great service from one of the sales associates (Craige farrow) in the Gateshead branch. Very friendly service, wasn't pushed into making a decision and I was taken through every available option. Car was delivered from another branch very quickly as I needed my car ASAP. Really enjoyed my experience whilst purchasing my fiesta and I was taken through all of my finance options, car options and any available add-ons. Will definitely return to Craige to make my next future purchase with Jennings Ford.

I was searching for a replacement for my very reliable Mazda 6 Sport petrol but wanted a very good diesel with low mileage which fitted my budget. After some searching Jennings (Middlesborough) came up trumps with a Mazda 6 Takuya 2.2d in a fantastic velocity red. We saw the car in its 'raw' state and it did have quite a few scuffs and chips around the bodywork but only 28k on the clock. Our sales guy Craig, was very good and agreed to do all the bodywork as well as a few other items, full valet & service and full Mazda aftercare for a year. Craig even took the initiative to rebook the car into the bodyshop as one repair was not up.to the standard both he and us expected. I now have what I see as my brand new ''used car" which is great! Zoom ! Zoom !

I really did enjoy purchasing from Jennings, the car was delieverd quickly and service and MOT done asap. However the day after I purchased the car - I was stopped by the police for a rear tail light being out. I had not driven the car in the dark before - so I wasn't aware of it at the time. Not a good start to a new car! However the company (namely Craig) was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make thw buying process easy and enjoyable.
