May 01,2012I enquired about a wind breaker for my convertible and was told that they were currently out of stock and the lovely chap told me he would let me know when they were back in stock. And he did. I ordered my part and received a text message from you advising who would be delivering my part and when, and if arrived as advised. i can not sing your praises any louder and will definately be back if i need anything else. thanks for the wonderful friendly service

Apr 30,2012From the moment I was enquiring, to the decison to purchase my ideal car and to holding the keys in my hand, Jennings Direct staff go above and beyond for their customers. Peter was supurb in organising things so I could get my car down in London as soon as possible. He was patient in waiting for me to finalise my finances and in less than a week my dream car was being delivered in my driveway!! He made it a complete joy to purchase a car.. no headaches needing to make sure it was in the condition as stated on the ad. He was kind enough to take pictures of everything and reassure me with my doubts. I would most definately recommend Jennings Direct and I know where I will be going to when I'm ready to change my car!

Apr 29,2012HAD A GOOD FEELING AS SOON AS THE SALES GUY SAID HELLO. NOT PUSHY BUT INTERESTED IN WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. HE WAS FULL OF INFORMATION AND WAS OPEN AND HONEST. HIS OPINION WAS ASKED AND HE GAVE IT, THAT WAS ALL, NO MORE NO LESS, DID NOT GO FOR THE BIG SELL, HE LET THE CAR SELL ITSELF,. MUCH TO OUR DELIGHT,WE HAVE WALKED OUT OF SHOWROOMS BEFORE, BECAUSE THE SALESMAN HAS BEEN TO FULL ON AND PUSHY. WE ONLY HOPE THE SERVICE TEAM ARE AS GOOD AS THE SALES. ONE MORE SMALL THING THE LADIES TOILETS WERE OF A VERY HIGH STANDARD, THIS GIVES ANOTHER TICK IN MY OPINION.
