They are so welcoming when you enter the show room. When I came back for the 2nd visit Paul was looking out or us and waved us over like he was happy to see us. He never rushed or pushed us into a sale and I was totally happy with the price. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from Jennings and will definitely be back again. 10 out of 10.

my husband and i went to look at cars to pass the time off day ,when we were approached by a sales assistant. he was very friendly and took us around a lot different cars to see different prices and different mileages and colors .we had a good experience and always do at that garage so we bought a car . it is always friendly there and would recommend the show room to anyone .

I purchased the new ford focus style from the jennings ford branch on yarm road, stockton. The salesman who helped me was called Graham and from start to finish he was amazing nothing was a bother to him! He explaind everytting in full detail (seriously i literally had no questions at the end he was so thorough), He was able to get my car to me asap, when i went to pick up my car he went through everything about the car's features wih me. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful also and i will only be using jennings ford from now on hopefully with graham at the yarm road branch as will my parents when they go to renew their car this year. I did originally go to the sherwoods vauxhall dealer ship in stockton but the man who dealt with us basically said we couldnt get the deal on the TV of £99 deposit for the New Corsa, gave no explanation why we couldn't have it and basically told us to P*ss off! Best thing to ever happen to me as i have now found a dealership that i would recommend to everyone!! Thanks again Jennings, from one very happy customer.

I recently bought a new Fiesta from Jennings Ford on Teesside. I hadn't actually made a decision on a Ford when I went in. The salesman quickly grasped that I didn't want a sales pitch but just straight forward information. He quickly narrowed down my options on models etc rom the information I gave him and then offered us a test drive. I didn't feel under pressure at any point and actually bought a new Fiesta Zetec. He was very clear about options regarding insurance and service packages but left it to us to take time as to which ones we wanted. If you're wondering why I've not mentioned finance packages etc it's because we paid cash. I will certainly go back in the future.

Purchased some front floor mats for new Fiesta (well its new to me!). Jennings had the best online price for genuine Ford parts that I could find. Product arrived really quickly and well packaged. Fit the car really well and couldnt fault the service that I received. This is how all on line shopping should be (but unfortunatley we all know it isn't sometimes). I would certainly have no hesitation in using this retailer again.

I bought a used focus (new shape) from Jennings Stockton last October. I am very pleased with the car (titanium model).Quality and comfort is excellent, No problems with car but as yet but no aftersales feedback queries from the dealer! Had to ring 4 times to get my warranty documents, Wonder if I will get a reminder when the service is due!!!!

I took my daughter to look at a Ford KA at Jennings Stockton not thinking for one minute I would buy from a large main dealer, however the price I bought a car (KA) for and the following service I recieved, (she failed her test 1st time)! can not be faulted, I would recomend this dealer to anybody and when I change my car I will certainly go back.

I found them very helpful, they arranged for the car I choose to be serviced and delivered to me, the driver arrived nice and early, the car was as described. I have brought a lot of things over the internet before but never a car. I have now and if Jennings had another car I was interested in , in the future I would have no hesitation in buying on line with them again.
