Jul 15,2013The salesmen were experienced in their work and didn't over power you but obviously knew how to sound like they were genuinely helping you buy a "good" car. The car I bought was well over £1000 more expensive than other garages as I saw 3 of the same car as mine so much cheaper elsewhere. Gutted.

Jun 10,2013Went to Jennings to view a Seat Mii after looking at lots of various car reviews on the internet. After looking at one in the showroom I was asked if I needed any help by the salesman (Geoff Urch) He was able to answer all my questions about the different models and offered to let us take one out for a test drive. With no pressure to by that day I went and looked in other garages, but returned to Jennings to see Geoff who took care of everything keeping me informed right through to collection of my new car. Great service all round Thanks to Geoff.

Jun 05,2013The guys we were dealing with at Jennings Ford, Yarm Road, Stockton, were knowledgeable, welcoming and very professional. We have to name Robert Flintoff and Lee Spence on the sales side and Peter in finance. They guided us around all the best options for us and even when the car was held up in Southampton, they did all they could to speed it up. An enjoyable experience.

May 28,2013Good -No pressure to complete sale - sales rep and finance guy friendly withoiut being over the top Poor - Still waiting for £140 from Ford insurance - £90 for cost of transferring insurance to them and £50 for taking quote that day.Was told it would take a few week has been a month now - dissapointed.
