Overall I was impressed with the level of service I received throughout the whole purchase. The salesman who I'd dealt with before was very helpful and friendly and all the staff were really nice and helpful. Everything was explained well enough and any questions were quickly answered. The only small gripe I had was when I asked if I could have a set of Fiesta carpet mats so I could leave the ones I had in the old car. The set I was given were Jennings own make universal mats where the driver side mat went too far under the pedals making the clutch more difficult to operate. I had to go back to Jennings and purchase a set of Fiesta specific mats myself - which was a bit disappointing

I recently purchased my new car from Jennings at Dunston and must tell you what a very positive experience this was. Craige Farrow the salesman I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful. He was not at all pushy like a lot of salesmen I've dealt with but provided me with the information I needed to enable me to make my decision. The whole transaction was dealt with in a very smooth manner and all concerned from the telephonist to the Finance Manager were friendly and efficient. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

only went for a look came out with new car , no fuss no bother just easy, really hate car salesmen but mr dave nicholson was brill ,not pushy or anything,would shop here again.

There was no push to take a more expensive models , it was a case of looking at the three different cars i was interested in and the looking at them individualy going for a test run with the sales person, then having to make my mind up without any pressure, and i decided on the model , then was kept informed of when it would be ready, recieved the call telling me it was available and an appointment was made at my convenience to go in and pick up my new car, first class, friendly service , great.

I have had a car from Jennings in South Sheilds for a number of years now and the service has always been excellent. I have always dealt with Chris Dickson was always made getting my new car the exciting and wonderful experience it should be. Picked up my car on 2nd March and everything went smoothly I love it!!

The guy who was in the show room was great, he didnt try to fill me with jargon, and he said from the start he was only new and that he may not have all the answers he might have to go away and get them for me. I thought his honesty made me feel at ease. We had a good laugh during the sale and he liked us that much he put his hand in his own pocket and gave us a bottle of wine we also got flowers from Ford too . mind you i soon passed the flowers onto my partner ha ha. It was a great time buying from sen singh the salesman. He will certainly do well with Jennings. Oh yeah love my new Ford Kuga.

Decided to buy a Fiesta Zetec on Wednesday, saw Paul Nixon @ Jenning Ford in teesside & took possesion of a brand new 13 plate car on Saturday. Very professional service and I would recommend it!

I found Jennings to be very poor with regard to customer service. My car was sent to the body shop by my insurers after being bumped in the town centre. I have had problems with a rust spot around the rear wiper which Jennings said was "General wear and tear" when I took it to them just 2 months out of warranty after purchasing my car from them. As the car needed a new door and respraying I asked them to price the troublesome rust spot so I could consider having it done at the same time as the repair. Mark from the bodyshop quoted £649 for a new boot and £375 for a repair kit as Ford "know this is a problem with your car" They blatantly avoided responsibility during my initial enquiry and saw me as an opportunity to make money this time. Will never buy from them or have a repair done again.

The salesman (Dan) who dealt with us when we went to look at a Ford Kuga was helpful without being pushy,he had a freindly and polite manner and answered all our quieries regarding the car. We decided to purchase the car after our trial run in it and Dan dealt with the relevant paperwork (as much as he could deal with) quickly. The following day we rang with a few requests which Dan was more than happy to help with. When we collected the car once again he was helpful showing us how to connect our phones to bluetooth etc. I found the whole experience of shopping at Jennings excellent as I normally dread pushy salesmen and would recommend them 100%

Hi there, I am now on my second car with jennings mobility, I dealt with a lovely girl called Tracy Tobin both times and i have to say she is a total star, warm, friendly, and caring, she made the whole process of buying a car so easy. She was also very informative calling me on the phone to let me know where my car was and when it would be available in a word she made me feel special and judging by the amount of thank you cards in her office i think thats how she makes everyone feel, Iwould have to rate her a definate 10 out of 10. Thanks
