I had a slight issue with my order so called up said what it was, it was all sorted there and then by a really nice member of staff and new product was sent out to me arriving with a handwritten note, apologising for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, we can’t get frustrated too much by that, but it’s how well they get resolved that counts. Their product is great and their customer service is excellent. What’s not to like??
