Jan 10,2022I love Jimmy's!!! Honestly when I first found the mocha cans I fell in love! They taste like cafinated "chocolate rice crispies" milk! I love how I can get it delivered to my door too.. I use to have 1 create every 2 weeks... I've now upped my order to 2 every 2 weeks. Its just so tasty!

Jan 10,2022I'm a new customer to Jimmy's subscription service, having tried their drinks at a sainsburys meal deal and deciding I wanted something more frequently from them at a better price. I loved the free case with new subscribers and further discounts for using the subscription service so went for it. They only shipped two out of four cases I'd ordered so got in touch providing them the pictures from the delivery driver and what I'd received. They were very courteous and interactive, and shipped out my missing items straightaway with another free case as way of apology. I got a little note apologising as well as some branded goodies - very excited and happy already with being a subscriber! I wish other companies would take note from these guys - this is how you do customer service! Above and beyond

Dec 31,2021I get their iced coffee on subscription directly and here are all the things I've enjoyed: - Managing my subscription on their website. I very often change what coffees I want delivered each month and how often the subscription renews. There are no hidden buttons or shady interface practices here. - They are using quality ingredients and it shows. in stark contrast to other common canned coffee brands that I wont name and shame. - A huge one for me, their coffees are not overly sweetened at all. It's so nice being able to actually taste the coffee over the sugar. I haven't found another brand where the sweetness isn't overpowering and that's not from lack of trying. - Their extra shot cans are actually an extra shot. I challenge you to get back to sleep after one of those! - The mochas actually taste like chocolate and again, don't just have sugar piled in. - The coffees optionally come in screw-top aluminium bottles if you don't want the whole drink in one go. A feature I've really come to enjoy. - Their custom packaging is a nice touch and I get a hand written note with every delivery and the odd freebie. 100% recommended from me.

Dec 24,2021Jimmys coffee is my daughter's favourite. I am impressed that almost all of the packaging is recyclable. Only the plastic that's covering the cans isn't but I'm sure that it's something that this innovative company is working on. Very quick delivery too.
