Jul 08,2021Signed up to the subscription, speedy delivery. Cute tin bottles help to keep it chilled. Bought Original which is great, and trailed the Mocha which is just as tasty, just a hint of chocolatey smoothness super tasty. It's becoming a daily treat!!

Jul 08,2021Easy ordering via the website and delivery was swift and friendly. I ordered a case of skinny flat white and a case of mocha. The second one was a free gift as a new subscriber (nice touch…it’s what tempted me to subscribe). Both drinks utterly delicious and the metal packaging is great. Only problem is trying to pace myself (and my family). I only dare to chill 4 at a time :) It does work out quite pricey, but worth it as an occasional treat.

Jul 05,2021Parcel came damaged via DPD but Jimmy’s swiftly sent out a Replacement. Only thing that puts me off ordering again is that this isn’t the first time I’ve had damaged glass goods delivered via DPD. Strongly recommend switching couriers.

I then found out about the home delivery through Jimmy’s Facebook page and was super happy that I was able to get my favourite coffees again! They’re delicious!

Jul 01,2021I’ve been a big fan and regular drinker since the first taste many years ago - love the smoothness of the coffee not jittery like some , I use it as a recovery drink after exercise - it’s Perfect ( I’m a health and fitness coach ) and now the new bottle cam has proved you can improve on perfection - reuse or recycle - Branding is just brilliant with humour and constant updates and merch ( I love my winter bobble hat )

Jul 01,2021Having previously left a rave review, I regret I'm back about my less than stellar experience with the new packaging. Jimmy's Iced Coffee recently made a change to be more environmentally friendly, and changed their packaging. Unfortunately, this has been more of a negative experience for me than positive. Firstly, the cartons they phased out were 335ml, and now the only options are 275ml aluminium bottles or 250ml cans - so that's a reduction in amount of coffee you get for the same price (cans) or for a more expensive price (bottles). As it is, reducing the size seems to have affected the taste - whether this is because they're having to put in different ratios of milk to coffee etc, I don't know but it's not a great change. [This might not be a change at all, it could just be my perception being affected by viewing the different size beverage]. Secondly, the bottles are a nightmare to use. They must be pressurised or something, because they hiss every time I open them. And inevitably, I get sprayed with coffee while trying to open it. So when I try to open it much more slowly to avoid the spray, I unscrew the cap and then once it's open coffee cascades down the side of the bottle anyway. I was willing to put up with less coffee, but it's got to the point where I've spent a good month or so getting almost as much coffee on my hands and outfits as in my stomach and I'm fed up of it. Yes, I do have the option of moving to 250ml cans instead to avoid this, but why should I have to downsize because of something that isn't my fault? I have tried to find a similar service elsewhere (subscription pre-brewed cold coffee with milk in a can/bottle/ anything with minimum effort that I don't have to brew myself), and sadly I haven't found one that offers as much as Jimmy's (subscription to your door, lots of flexibility in how many batches over how many weeks) otherwise I might have reconsidered continuing to use Jimmy's.
