Jun 13,2021Same as the other negative reviews here. The new cans have much less product, cost more, and very noticeably change the taste. I've read the replies from the Jimmy's rep here and I can excuse the price change and volume reduction but if your product now tastes terrible, that should be a clear sign to stop any changes. The taste team seem to have skipped their work or just given up. My advice and hope for the company is that they go back and work on keeping the same flavours as they did in their cartons. Reading other replies by Jim, it seems they changed a lot, including ingredient sources, which combined with new packaging is bound to change the taste. As a very frequent customer with a now-lapsed Jimmy's subscription, I'm very sad that they have ruined their product and won't be buying any Jimmy's coffee anymore.

Jun 12,2021Sadly Jimmy's put profit above customer satisfaction. Under the ridiculously thin veil of saving the planet Jimmy's decided to change packaging for their product, which in itself is a good thing, however, they raised the price of their goods (to cover excess costs) and proceeded to reduce the amount of product provided. >10% price increase and >15% reduction of product is done out of greed and nothing else. As a consumer all I can do is vote with my feet, therefore I will not buy their products again.

Jun 10,2021I am do disappointed in the changed bottles. There is less coffee in them, it tastes different and costs more. Need I say more. I have been drinking Jimmy's Iced Coffee for a long time but I am sad to say I will not be any more Thank you for the past! I totally understand the need to save the planet but could we not have made sure the amount in your new cans was the same and that the taste was as brilliant as it has always been Thanks

Jun 08,2021I love everything about Jimmy's and their customer service is absolutely brilliant and 5 star worthy. I do have to add that I won't be buying anymore of the iced mochas now they've been changed to a can rather than the old carton packaging. Something is different with the flavour since the switch and sadly I just don't think it tastes as nice as it used to. It's mainly vanilla I can taste now which is such a shame as they were my weekend treat! I still love the company and I'm sure other people might prefer the drink being changed to a can, but I'm gutted to not be one of them. I'll have to hunt for a new treat :-(

Really easy to order using the online shop, easy to choose your subscription and select when it renews as well as adding any extras and even notes to your order. Best thing is Free Next Day Delivery with DPD local! Order came packaged well with personal compliments slip all presented in recyclable packaging! Highly recommend!
