Jun 01,2021The reason i am writing this review (not i think Jimmy's will care) is because they have changed their packaging (yet again) from 330ml to 275ml and are charging more money for a 12 pack. I used to buy 7x 1 litre size a week when they made them, they stopped making that size so i went over to the 330ml size and started buying 4 cases a month. Now they have changed to 275ml and are charging more money for less volume, that is the last straw, they have lost my custom. Changing the cartons to appear more "trendy" is a bad move (in my humble opinion), but like i say, i don't think they will care too much. Just had to get it off my chest.

May 26,2021I completely understand your quest to reduce plastic and I am really sorry as I love the product, but I don’t feel that you’re treating your customers fairly by increasing the price by such a large amount again! I used to buy your product from the supermarket in 1ltr packs and once they were discontinued the price purchasing directly from you was a 25% or more increase. Now your prices have gone up again making a total increase of 50% or more in a couple of years.

May 18,2021This used to be my favourite cold coffee, I loved the original brew so much. However, they have recently changed the packaging from a carton to a can and the flavour of the coffee changed drastically, there is a horrific aftertaste and I could not even finish drinking it. Such a shame, I hope they go back to the previous packaging or at least offer the two options.
