Feb 06,2021JLN came out as our boiler was deteriorating. They diagnosed and listened to our choices before presenting a fantastic solution. On the day of a new boiler the fitters were very professional, they worked around the needs of our household. The finished job is a fantastic example and a great representation of what this company can achieve. From booking of the job to communication everything was first class. Thoroughly recommendable.

Feb 05,2021Excellent service. After calling JLN I was given a time slot later that day; was informed of appointment time by text and again when the plumber was on his way. Arrived on time, took shoes off, wore a mask and fixed our problem and kept everything tidy. Was then able to pay on credit card using handheld unit. Absolutely first class service, would 100% recommend !

Feb 04,2021Our boiler was due an annual service. Kerry and Faye always go out of their way to give us a time that works round my work hours and when we spoke to book a date and time I was happy to be booked in for 2 weeks time, last call of the day. However, 5 minutes later they rang me back to say an engineer was in my area and could be with us straight away. Ten minutes later he arrived, wearing a face mask and adhering to social distancing rules. It was the same engineer who came the previous year and he’s such a nice guy. The following day Faye emailed over the service report for me to keep in our records. We pay a small monthly charge which covers the boiler service each year, so there wasn’t even a nasty bill to pay on completion. As always, an excellent service from all the staff at JLN. Can recommend them completely. Louise & Rob.

Jan 15,2021First time using JLN and we wouldn't hesitate in doing so again. We had a new boiler fitted, and from the job assessment through to the actual installation it could not have been a better experience. Everybody we dealt with was courteous and professional. Our boiler is in the attic so it wasn't straight forward, but Scott did a great job and then explained clearly how everything worked. Thanks to you all.

Feb 17,2021Diagnosed the fault quickly and went and collected the part, fitted it and fixed it in the one visit. Very efficient service and a very knowledgeable engineer. The only reason it wasn't 5 star was that when the boiler was turned back on a few of our radiators were cold so we had to balance the system ourselves. We would have expected this to be done for the price we paid. Overall though we'd recommend them and we will be using them in the future for services etc..
