Mar 17,2021Had JLN around a number of times for various plumbing jobs (predominantly boiler services). Every time is a good experience with a friendly, professional plumber who completes work to a high standard. The phone experience to book is quick and painless and always met with a friendly voice. There are cheaper options out there but it has always been reflected in the work, in my experience.

The work was carried out over 5 days with care and dispatch and the the overall impression I was left with was one of cheerful professionalism. I would happily use them again and can recommend their service.

Mar 05,2021Our ancient boiler failed on a Thursday - manufacturer confirmed it was obsolete. We have young children and the weekend ahead was predicted to be below freezing. JLN somehow managed to sort everything out and install a replacement boiler within 24 hours. I hadnt thought it could be done so quickly. The plumbers were polite and left the working area spotless after the installation. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

Mar 04,2021Fantastic Service from start to finish. Identified our Boiler fault and fixed it a couple of hours. This included picking up new parts. All members of staff polite and you just know when you hit upon a company that have your best interests at heart. We have a homecare agreement with British Gas who quoted us 17 days before an engineer could come out. Costs very reasonable. Well done to JLN and I will sing your praises where I can
