Ho acquistato diverse volte sulle store online e continuerò a farlo senza dubbio.

Feb 22,2025Made my first purchase with Julian Fashion a few weeks ago. I had a question about sizing that was promptly answered via the online chat. Once the purchase was made, the order arrived in less than a week (Italy to Australia) and I received emails throughout that period with updates on the package’s whereabouts. The two items I ordered were perfect - amazing designer bag and shoes with significant discount. Couldn’t be happier!

Feb 21,2025I purchased an item from JF, got clobbered for taxes and fees which are NOT refundable if you return, you also get clobbered for returning, which I had to swallow as the item I bought (XL) was clearly a women's fit, even though JF said differently. Upshot is I basically lost all my 1st payment (nearly £100) so received ZERO refund. How does that work. I just feel cheated by the whole episode and will of course not purchase from JF again. I didn't even consider I would have to return the item as I'm XL all day long in anything I buy, which makes me think I was sold a woman's top. The 1* is for their customer services as they did respond to my emails, that was never an issue, it's just their selling/refund model is pretty rubbish, which is why you should read the print small

Feb 24,2025I ordered online from Japan. The order on the website was also confirmed smoothly. However, although it is not the store's fault, the delivery was one week later than expected. This is disappointing.
