Oct 21,2024Disappointed with service and lost package… I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from the Julian Fashion online store. On September 24, 2024, I placed an order, which was supposed to be delivered via UPS. However, the package was lost, and the investigation started by UPS has been ongoing for over two weeks. To date, I still haven’t received any clear information on when this will be resolved. What is even more frustrating is that the store refuses to resolve the issue directly. According to consumer protection laws, the seller is responsible for delivering the item, but instead, I am being asked to wait for the UPS investigation to conclude, with no clear timeline. Julian Fashion demonstrates a complete lack of customer care and is not willing to resolve their customers' issues in a timely manner. My requests for a refund or reshipment have been met with formal responses and calls for patience. I’m not willing to wait indefinitely. I do not recommend this store if you value fast and reliable service. I am deeply disappointed and will not be shopping here again.

Oct 21,2024UPS has lost their package and I paid for the item already. After more than 3 weeks I am left with no product or refund and their customer service is not helpful at all. It is not the customer’s fault the delivery company lost the product and you cannot force them to way for such long time for a refund.
