Oct 30,2024FRAUD!!! US$120 RETURN SHIPPING COST! I PAID A TOTAL OF US$142 (131 EUROS) FOR SHIPPING COST! DO NOT SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE!!! ON OCTOBER 16TH, I ORDERED A MEN'S PALM ANGELS TRACK JACKET THAT WAS ON SALE IN THE MEN'S CLOTHING CATEGORY. I PAID US$22 FOR SHIPPING COST. ABOUT FIVE DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A WOMAN'S PALM ANGELS JACKET. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY TO INFORM THEM THAT THEY HAD SENT ME THE WRONG JACKET. THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE, AND TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COST IF I WANTED TO RETURN IT. THEY TOLD ME THAT RETURN SHIPPING COST WOULD BE 35 EUROS. (US$38). I PAID US$187 (173 EUROS) FOR THE TRACK JACKET....AFTER THEY RECEIVED THE RETURNED JACKET, THEY REFUNDED ME US$67 (62 EUROS), THAT IS A CRIME !!! UNBELIEVABLE CRIMINAL !!! THIS COMPANY CHARGED ME US$120 (111 EUROS) FOR RETURNING AN ITEM THAT WAS THEIR MISTAKE. THEY SENT ME A WOMAN'S JACKET INSTEAD OF THE MAN'S JACKET THAT I ORDERED, THEN CHARGED ME US$120 (111 EUROS) TO RETURN IT. DO NOT! DO NOT! DO NOT! SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE !!! RETURNING AN ORDER WILL COST YOU MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE ITEM. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUDULENT AND UNETHICAL SCAMMER. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. DON'T TAKE THE RISK. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Oct 28,2024There is no dishonesty here on our part, only on the part of Julian Fashion. I have ordered from you on 3 occasions and not paid a customs fee. Then, while in discussion of the return, which had already been shipped back to you, you offer me this: "As a one-time exception, we are willing to reimburse you for 50% of the customs fees, amounting to $88,76. Half of that amount is equivalent to € 41. This gesture is not something we typically offer, and we want to emphasize that it is a special exception in this case." THIS IS YOUR WRITING IN PRINT. and when I accept your offer, you then tell me it is only if I were to keep the blouse which had already been shipped back to you. So please don't accuse anyone of being dishonest. Yes, I am upset as you are trying to take money from me. I will NEVER shop with you again!! Your company is sneaky and dishonest. You were not upfront about additional fees when we have ordered from you in the past. Then you try to double charge me in a return. Hell no!! You will be reported to the better business bureau!! LIARS!!

Oct 25,2024Mi sono trovato bene, ma non mi aspettavo che per fare il reso bisognasse pagare la spedizione e per far venire un corriere ci fosse da mandare una email, forse questo potrebbe essere l unico punto su cui migliorare, magari facendo direttamente tutto dal sito.
