Sep 03,2024Pagato 450€ scarpe di alexander Mcqueen da julian. Scoperto qualche mese fa che sono fake non mi sono trovata bene. Mi hanno fatto lo sconto di 50€ essendo che ero una cliente. Sono tornata in negozio per avere spiegazioni essendo che ho messo quelle scarpe per due mesi e basta, mi hanno detto che loro non ci potevano fare niente e sono stati scortesi ed egoisti. Non lo consiglio a nessuno abbiamo comprato più roba da loro spero che le altre cose non siano fake.

Sep 03,2024I ordered a Ferragamo Belt on their website in Size 110, which normally corresponds to a length of 110cm. I always order my belts in this length and they fit. This belt has a length of 117cm and is therefore 7cm too long and does not fit me. I asked to exchange the belt for a shorter length, because of the false product description. If that’s not possible, I would have liked to return the belt. I wrote the customer service over a week ago, 3 times, and got no answer. Very disappointing and fraudulent. I want a solution for the problem or I have to take legal action.

Sep 05,2024They have a nice selection of items at what seems to be a great price and sometimes an extra 20% off. Items are nicely packaged and arrive fairly quickly. I bought an item just over the $800 price point and before the courier would deliver my item I had to pay $260 customs fees on this item, so beware of extra charges from the delivery companies if you buy from here.
