Aug 30,2024I purchased a purse not knowing prior to shipping I will get email asking me to pay custom charges upon delivery, I knew nothing about that and opted to return item while in shipping status back to vendor. I never received package and until know they have not process a return and told me that once the item is received I will still have to pay that & I told them no way. I had to open dispute with PayPal to handle this situation. I emailed their customer service repeatedly on status of return with no clear answer on why it’s taking this long to process the return. Overall terrible experience & will never buy from this merchant anything. I went to UPS to inquire and I stated this to customer service that you all need to call UPS international and release hold on package and authorize its release back to you that’s what causing delay in shipment, it doesnt seem anyone doing their job at this place, why do I have to go and check instead of you doing your part to expedite receiving this package since shipment was refused by me initially. This has taken over a month for no reason. If you haven’t call please do so as the package is currently being held At ups and it’s not going to move without you doing your part. Expedition this at your earliest I’m getting tired of waiting for you all to apply full refund. Thx
