I rang just blinds with confidence they would come. They didn’t turn up, I’ve emailed to say nobody turned up and they still have not got to me. I work in emergency services so having time off isn’t exactly easy

I would like to say with all honesty that just blinds are brilliant as they have just provided for me some of the best blinds I have ever purchased. I can say that the quality is exceptional. Although I ordered blinds for my new kitchen they have really fitted the bill. I suspect most of the staff are ladies as the workmanship is definitely not that of a gentleman. The only thing is probably the delivery where it would be nice to know the courier time of delivery, but that was not an issue for me as I received an email from just blinds saying they had been sent by courier and a couriers' turnaround is normally 24 hrs as it did arrive within that time. So all in all would recommend to all.

Not sure about this company as yet. Adam came to measure for new blinds, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. He was very helpful and polite, but advised we may be able to have the blinds fitted the following week. This was 18/9/24. I rang 19/9/24 to check how to make payment. I was told payment was made when the blinds had been fitted, as the woman who ordered the blinds was out of the office, she would order them the next day 20/9/24. They would take 2 weeks 23/9/24 I got a phone call asking if I still wanted to go ahead and requesting a deposit, which I was happy to pay. Only then did the member of staff reveal that the blinds had not yet been ordered. Which now means a further delay I have been given 9/10/24, I will wait to see what happens

Measured and ordered with a three week wait, perfect fit Venetian blinds fitted today by Dean. The 17 blinds look amazing, rubbish removed all fitted in just over 2 hours, fantastic.

Ordered my slats about 4 weeks ago , they have been Fitted today ,very pleased with them ,I give just blinds 5star rating , I have had blinds off these before pleased with them as well,

I've had a long outstanding order , the excuse I been getting is oh not in stock it's on order from china ring back in a few months time, Now the number on the card is obsolete, the 0800 number goes to answer phone (rung 3 times with weeks apart) and no one rings back ARE YOU STILL IN EXISTENCE?

Fitter attended the property to measure up in March and advised a 12 week turnaround. We received a card via post to advise the blinds were on route 6 weeks ago however aside from this zero communication, despite it now being nearly 5 months since the blinds were supposedly ordered. This was chased last month to be told they were stuck abroad somewhere but would be here for August. It is now the 8th of August, there has been no update again and the time period advised has lapsed. In the past we have used Hillary Blinds for all our blinds but chose an independent company who promised a quicker turnaround than Hillary’s, who had advised it would be circa 12 weeks. Next time we will go back to Hillary’s and won’t be recommending Just Blinds to anyone; the price is similar anyway. It is the confusing generic postal communication coupled by the complete lack of update from the office that has completely disappointed us. Very poor.

This company is terrible! They should be re-named "JustAppaling". The communication is sparce and poor. I'm based in Manchester. I arranged an afternoon slot, with great difficulty I might add, because the email doesn't tell you what time someone will be attending (am I supposed to guess this information??) So you have send multiple emails, only to have most of them go ignored. Then on the day of my appointment, I had someone from this company blowing up my phone at 8am, saying he'll be with me in 10 minutes. Do they know not the difference between morning and afternoon?

Oh wow from start to finish just blinds are the absolute best. I was a little worried about some of the not great reviews. I did not need to be worried as this company is genuinely second to none. They kept in touch and we even got them earlier than expected. The fitter was so professional and worked efficiently and fast. Made up. Thank you

Just had 4 Venitian blinds expertly fitted in less than an hour by Dean. Very professional and personable young man. Great job, would recommend Just Blinds to anyone and would certainly use them again.

I’m writing on behalf of my elderly grandmother who has been let down 3 times by this company. She has paid her deposit and on 3 occasions her fitting appointment have either been cancelled or the wrong products arrived. Poor communication with the company. I’ve attempted to call the company personally and been unsuccessful. My elderly grandmother is extremely upset thinking she has been scammed

I recently had a quote from Just Blinds at their Preston branch for a couple of blinds to be put up. All was well with this. I have rung them back several times now about giving them a deposit for this. There has been little effort from them to return any of messages by mobile or text. Very disappointed by this.

Ordered two blinds. One was faulty. Rang up and the faulty blind was replaced the same week. Was pleased with the service I received and the quality of the blind. I have never had a problem ordering from this company. Good instructions for fitting on the website. Kind regards Jennifer Robson

More than happy with blinds , service excellent and quick . There was a small issue with one of the blinds and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently without any problem whatsoever... Would highly recommend and use them again

Wanted a few replacement slats for our blinds as we didnt want to replace the whole rail etc.ordered a couple of slats last year and then as just blinds were so efficient we went back later and replaced the whole lot.we have just replaced another window blind.we were kept up to date on the progress of our order and when they arrived they were really well packaged.we will definately recommend them

Absolute time wasters - called me earlier in the week to say would be here today so left someone at the empty property to wait. Got a call from some guy at 10am saying he'd be there at 10.30. Didn't show up. Called his mobile and the office multiple times and no answer. Ridiculous EDIT - The only call recieved was at 10.13 - The magic of technology, we all have call lists I can show the calls recieved and missed so lets not play games. There was ONE call to say hes on the way, no calls to say he was outside he then tried to call at 17.49 as if someone would still be waiting for him to attend almost 7hrs later which i ignored as we'd already had a more reliable company that was attending. I can show you 4 calls to your office and 3 to your fitter - none answered in-between his 10.13 call and his call at 17.49. Why would he call to try and rearrange if somebody's left expletives? - surely a tirade would indicate that your services are no longer required lol Thank You MANCHESTER BLINDS 123 for saving the day

I want to highly recommend Dean who came to my home to fix the rail that was stopping the door to the patio from opening. It took some thinking on his part and a call to Nigel to come up with an excellent solution! The work Dean completed was thoughtful and he was so good in adding other touches such as applying WD 40 to door hinges, realizing the rubber threshold on the floor was catching on the door and rectifying this quickly and with good results. All in all his visit was a true education to me and I am most grateful for his expertise, patience and willingness to help me! Thank you Dean! Maureen
