Cannot fault this company at all. Had great service from start to finish. I recommend anyone who has had blinds previously fitted to dispense with the salesmen and expense and, provided your blind runner is in good working order, simply replace the slats. Ours arrived with the chain and weights pre assembled and all that I had to do was clip them in place. So simple. I even had updates regarding my delivery. Will defintely use again.
I just got my second set of replacement vertical blinds today and have to say that both sets have been of great quality and value for money. The old blinds were over 20 years old so it was time for a change and i'm so lucky i found Just Blinds. I have been happily recommending you to friends and family. In response to another edit by Just Blinds at 0:51 on 23.12.2021 I’ll reply due to continuing false information Just Blinds publish regarding my experience of them. it’s amazing how Just Blinds continue to state false information and yet failed to reply to complaints. They have had plenty of time to do so. If you have read my complaint, which clearly you haven’t, you would also be aware you have failed to comply with a subject access request for evidence and data you hold on me, as I requested. Failing to comply can be construed as concealment of data. Criminal offence under the DPA. You claim 22 months ago. I suggest you learn how to count. I stand up to bullies and false information. I suggest you seek advice from the ICO regarding how to reply to a SAR, like advised previously, in email to Just Blinds. Your edits are very manipulative as are the other replies you have made to other negative reviews. In one you told a previous customer to save their sanity and referred to them as obsession behaviour. Declaring it’s not normal. You don’t seek to rectify complaints, you attack customers for having complaints. I agree with the other negative reviews. Zero customer service. You also failed to provide a complaints procedure. Any reputable company would have one. I certainly would never take ‘advice’ as you claim your threat is from a company who fail to reply to complaints and fail to provide evidence. Before you go on making up false information, I suggest you read my complaint, made after an order that Just Blinds failed to reply to. You have demonstrated you don’t know how trading standards work. I stand by my negative review. In response to another edit as of 23:08 22.12.2021 - by Just Blinds. Time passed, did you expect a box to be left unopened? You are aware the product was checked. Also, read your reply directed at me with the many inaccuracies. Many other people who have regretted buying your, in my opinion and theirs, dodgy products say the same. So you know who I am, yet you claim you didn't? You have just proven my review to be true and in my proven view Just Blinds do lie and a dodgy company. As you are aware and following my last email containing a complaint, this was never replied to. You refer to the wrong act, and believe you are exempt from returns whilst ignoring the consumers rights. You have gone on in your further edits to lie and felt the need to refer to my other negative reviews (all replies have been kept, to remind you as you appear to not refer to them, I've left positive reviews) for absolute no reason other then deter away from the real issue. You failed to reply to my complaints and have gone on to not be honest. Your last edit just proves your behaviour towards me. You have not sought to rectify and claim you didn't know me. You didn't provide a complaints procedure and ignored my full and final complaint. If only you paid that much attention to consumers complaints then maybe I wouldn't of left this review. You were given every opportunity to rectify and failed to provide the evidence I asked for in my complaint to you. Your replies have proven why I am right to leave a negative review. Don't worry, you were reported to trading standards and Which Consumer group, so please don't worry about that. In response to Just Blinds 'edit', they are fully aware of my name and email address and previous complaints to which they have failed to respond. In my experience, Just Blinds are not an honest company and lack integrity. They appear to go on and comment about the negative reviews I have left for previous companies, which is no business of Just Blinds and it is an attempt on their part to deter away from the actual issue which is them. For your information Just Blinds, I have left positive reviews too. You might want to stalk them too for balance rather then investigate my complaints to you. UPDATE: In reply to Just Blinds 'we don't think you have the right company'. This is inaccurate. Their logo is on emails I have received from them. Awful, rude company. Failed to comply with GDPR and could not provide Terms and conditions of sale and provide evidence I agreed to them. Their blinds are cheap and tacky. They failed to reply to complaints and failed to provide evidence of agreeing to terms and conditions. They refused to accept my want to return then dodgy blinds. The screen shot of the T&C I have states refunds accepted. They have breached my consumer rights and later amended their T&C to not receive returns. They falsely claim the blind I ordered was made to measure when it was not.
Really impressed with the service- the lad who measured up was lovely and so was the fitter Dean. Really professional, no mess left at all- great deal and value for money- really happy, office staff really accommodating when arranging to come and measure-very professional job, very happy
Just had shutters fitted to our windows by Just Blinds Cannock. It is very rare these days to come across such a professional company that offers value for money, quality and excellent service. But I can honestly say we received such great service. Polite, professional and respectful at all times. A special thanks to Phil, Matt and Nick who installed the shutters, a fantastic job, well done. I can highly recommend Just Blinds Cannock.

Got blinds fitted for our bifold doors earlier this year from Just-Blinds and they were amazing from start to finish. Amy was very professional, friendly and helpful throughout the process and Nigel was very professional, friendly and efficient when giving us our quote and fitting the blinds. First time using Just-Blinds and on the whole I'm very pleased! They were the cheapest I could find for the vertical blinds I wanted, delivered within 2 weeks at no charge and pretty good quality for the price.

Had appointment,was told someone would call between 9am and 5pm..waited in all day nobody came! Phoned the office they said they will find out where he is and call me back,they never did! 10 minutes lates get a text "sorry had to go home,will call tomorrow " Next day nobody came,no phone call,no message nothing..Customer service stinks!!
My order for 1 blind went into production 2 weeks ago and they still refuse to give me a delivery date. Awful service & attitude. Hopefully they will cancel and refund on the back of this review.
This company is excellent. Their products are beautiful and price is good value considering the high quality. I had recently purchased a blind and had a very positive experience. I would certainly use them again and have no hesitation is recommending them to everyone. Thank you Just Blinds.
I wanted a very bespoke vertical blind for an awkward window and door - the vertical drop on the window side needed to be different to the door side. and rather than them opening to the sides I wanted them to open to the middle (Inward central split). I got in touch and they were more than happy to help - they even sent me pictures (unprompted) of how the blind rail would look. When I got my order it was perfectly packaged up and came with clear instructions on how to put up. I found putting the blind up much easier than for a venetian blind and all the measurements worked perfectly. If I could give more stars I would...!
So pleased with my blinds, they look amazing and were great value for money, much cheaper but equal quality. I wanted a double blind in my kitchen so I could keep the afternoon sun shaded and although this wasn't a product they usually did Nigel made up his own and I'm so happy with it. Thank you so much 👏
Oh my goodness, can't begin to tell you how pleased we are with our lovely new Venetian blinds! We ordered six blinds of various sizes, all of which were superbly packaged. Fitting was easy (according to hubby!) and they've completely changed the look of our home (for the better!) both inside and out and we've received many compliments from friends, family and 'envious' neighbours!! We'd certainly have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Just Blinds and will definitely use again in the future.
Excellent service would recommend to anyone who wants virtual blinds. Frenly staff no mess fast service and very reasonable on price. All in all Excellent. 😊

Jan 24,2022Be aware this company takes your money and never completes the work. I paid £1500 in January 2021 to have shutter blinds fitted, was told wait time was 3 months. May 2021 not heard anything from Just Blinds so rang to be told they had been delayed due to COVID. June 2021 got a phone call to advise blinds still delayed and did I want a refund, I advised I would wait a little longer. October 2021 still not heard anything from Just Blinds, rang the office again and Adam told me that patio shutters could not be made and had no one rang me to advise … NO no one ever rings me from your company, he then told me that my blinds were due for delivery 1st week in December 2021, I asked if they could keep me updated to arrange times etc. Yet again I never got any correspondence so I emailed Just Blinds at the beginning of January 2022, no correspondence from them so now I have had to claim back my £1500 deposit from my credit card company. As of today’s date 23rd January 2022 I have still not been contacted by Just Blinds, this is 12 months since I agreed to purchase the shutter blinds. This company lies and ignores its customers, I am disgusted with their customer service and have never dealt with such an unprofessional company as Just Blinds. Please be careful when deciding on purchasing shutter blinds from this company I would not like another person be ripped off like I have. Update :- 24th January 2022 Surprisingly after leaving this review I’ve received a phone call from the lady in the office not a manager telling me that they had never received my email, funny that as I emailed to the address on my invoice and email hasn’t bounced back! Apparently the blinds have still not arrived, WOW 12 months on and still no show. Girl in office has offered me my £1500 deposit back today if I cancel my credit card charge back…. No chance I would not trust them and as of today I want no further contact with this awful company.
