Jun 13,2023The company arranged a fitting day and didn’t turn up as they didn’t have us down for fitting. On contacting the company I was given 3 different numbers to call. Eventually I spoke to Sam who couldn’t help as Nigel was on holiday and Amy wasn’t in 😏 and there was nobody else I could talk to. With no blinds on my windows it was Thursday and Sam offered to ring me Monday with an update. After a harsh conversation our blinds were fitted on Friday but only 5 out of 6. No one seems to know what has happened and don’t really seem bothered. I am fast losing my patience and would never recommend this firm who came highly recommended to me. They need a lesson in customer service because as yet apart from the guy who fitted the blinds everyone else has been not very helpful shall we say and don’t seem to have any idea what is going on 😡😡

Jun 03,2023Had faux wood blinds fitted throughout the house and perfect fit blinds on the patio door from the Bolton branch. The wife is absolutely made up with them! Paul the sales man was absolutely fantastic and Amy in the office was absolutely lovely, nice to actually get some decent customer service for a change 👏

Jun 02,2023I asked for a fitting service for blinds for my whole house, the lady on the phone was very helpful and professional as was the salesman who came to measure up. He brought lots of samples to choose from and helped me with my queries. My blinds were made and fitted very quickly and I am absolutely delighted with them and would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Just Blinds.

Jun 01,2023Reading Diane's review it could have been me! I placed an order for vertical blind slats on March 13th and their website stated a 7 - 10 day delivery. I didn't phone the first time until about a month had passed, I was told, and received an email, on April 13th to say they had been dispatched. Many, many calls since, often to an answering service that tells you to leave a message but its full, I finally received today, June 1st, 8 of the 24 slats I'd ordered. I went with this company because they supposedly could produce slats of two different widths in the same fabric but I was told that unfortunately they'd made them all in the same width! As it is I only received one element so I can't comment on that. I complained and received a £15 discount on an £85 order which in no way compensates the time and hassle involved. I bought all my other blinds from Blinds2Go who are superb, I'd suggest you use them, avoid Just-blinds.

May 19,2023I placed an order on 21st March for some replacement slats for my vertical blinds. I had always ordered from Just Blinds before and had no problem. However, this time has been very different. I have chased this order up several times and had no response either to messages left on the voicemail or to emails. I received an email from them on 4th May, saying that the blinds had been dispatched but, as at 19th May, have not received them. Tried to ring the Wigan number and the 0800 number and, again, no response. Messages left with order number but not confident that I'll get a response as to where my blind slats are. This is not good customer service.

Apr 29,2023When my blinds arrived they were clearly a very different colour to the one that was pictured on the website. I shared photos and requested a refund but they refused. I appreciate colours can vary on screens but I've viewed the image on multiple devices, adjusting brightness and contrast and it's clearly different to the colour they claim it is. I've had to bin the blinds I paid for and re-order from elsewhere. Unless you're not too bothered about the colour, best to shop elsewhere.

Apr 13,2023Placed an order for vertical slats on 8th March and had an email that they had gone to production on the 9th, however I've yet to receive them. Been struggling to get an answer on where they are but having no joy. Spoke to them yesterday twice with a promise that they would call me back this morning and I've heard a thing. This certainly is not they way to treat customers. I am now going to have to go through the pain of getting my money back.

Apr 02,2023Ordered two replacement headrails for vertical blinds gave measurements and within a week they had been made, sent and arrived at my home. Blinds put up and working well-new headrails are of good quality, not at all flimsy and I will be replacing other headrails I have that I can see of inferior quality to my new ones.

Jul 03,2023Very comprehensive easy to use website. A direct phone line which I used just to clarify measurements , where a friendly and extremely helpful lady answered my query. I ordered replacement vertical blind slats. They arrived in excellent packaging, everything was correct and they were hanging at the windows within half an hour. Beautifully made. I couldn't be more satisfied and will always use just-blinds in the future.
