Their personal touch at point of sale and impeccable responses post sale is excellent. Shills and Shika especially are experts in their field and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone

May 07,2015We placed and paid for an over £1,000 order with ‘Just Kidding’ at London Excel Baby Show in February of iCandy and Maxi cosi products (Peach 3 stroller, carrycot, adaptors, car seat, isofix base, footmuff, parasol and changing bag). We were emailed a month later confirming our order and asked to confirm a delivery date which was convenient for us. We had chosen a delivery date of Friday 1st May but not heard anything since confirming the date a few weeks prior so I emailed day before delivery asking if there was a time slot for our delivery the following day. I was told all deliveries are made between 09:00- 18:00 but to put a note on door to leave ‘parcels’ with a neighbour if needed (this was a delivery of three large heavy boxes, not something most neighbours would appreciate taking in and we later see the boxes actually say do not leave with neighbours on!!). My partner had to take the day of delivery off work so I rang Just Kidding at 14:00 to check if they had a more accurate time and was told they couldn’t get hold of the driver but delivery would be before 18:00. At 16:30 still no delivery or update so I rang again, this time being told I’d be called back within 5 minutes with an answer, half hour later and there was no news so again I rang this time being told the driver still had 9 deliveries to make but mine would still be before 18:00. Well 18:00/18:30 arrived and no sign of delivery, Just Kidding’s office’s had now closed for the day, thankfully I found [Name’s] mobile number so managed to get hold of her on this. [Name] said the driver was unable to make all his deliveries (still no reason why that was) but someone could deliver them between 21:00-21:30 on their way home. I thought this was too late to be making a home delivery but seemed like the only way I would get my delivery and I didn’t want to risk the items being damaged from extra handling/transportation so I was very unhappy but agreed. The delivery address was my Grandmother’s so I arrived at the property at 20:50; from 21:40- 22:50 I was trying to reach [Name] leaving several messages and emailing (Delivery Company APC were closed otherwise would have rang them direct). As anyone would I assumed the delivery was not coming so left the property at 23:00, at 23:20 I received a phone call from my 70 year old Grandmother who sounded very distressed telling me a man had arrived with my delivery, I was shocked to say the least also! My Grandmother had noticed car lights outside her house and saw a man walking back to his car, she shouted ‘Can I help you?’ to which he replied I’ve left your delivery there, pointing to outside her garage with the items on full view to anyone using the footpath and road. My Grandmother told the man he best bring the three heavy large clearly marked ‘iCandy’ boxes in then considering it was 23:20. It is lucky my Grandmother spotted the man walking away as he was about to drive off leaving these items unattended. Anyone could have easily stolen these items which are worth over £1000 or the items could have been damaged from the weather during the night. We received an email and phone call from [Name] the next day asking for us to confirm if the boxes have been left outside the house since then we have not received any further explanation or apologies. I am unsure how this issue is going to be resolved as we are absolutely disgusted with the service we have received.

May 06,2015I called in the morning to ask about a car seat cover and was answered straight away with great results. I then ordered on line and was called within a hour to confirm it was me that enquired that morning to make sure I'd ordered and would receive the correct cover. All was perfect. Not only that but it was posted straight away and was delivered by 11.50 the next day . By the afternoon it was on the seat and in the car being used. All I can say is just kidding are a fantastic company to deal with. The give %150. Will deffo recommend them and use them again. Well done all at just kidding. Your doing a sterling job.

There was an issue getting stock for the Travel Bag, but they called me the day after I placed the order to let me know and kept me updated while they resolved the issue. Would order from them again.
